Hi I don't normally leave reviews here but I needed to share somethings about my experience which was great by the way, especially the rooms and my room being near the ice machine and parking space for my truck but my bad experience comes after I checked out. And for the record I don't have any issues with anybody in particular but the front desk lady needs to work on professional and how to talk to people, especially over a accusation but I'm a smoker and I'm respectful so after I checked out of my room which was 3 hours afterwards I noticed that I had a charge for $20 on my card so normally like anyone would, I called to get some clarification and I was charged for some damaged towels and a missing one (which I apologized for and accepted the charge) but as I was on the phone with the front desk lady she kept saying I KNOW YOU SMOKED IN OUR ROOM!!! but I didn't charge you the smoking fee. Umm No you didn't charge because you know you would of effed up! Now the simple fact I'm being accused is one thing because during my stay I went outside my room close to my window to smoke and the weak evidence of finding Mary J herbs and a burnt screen doesn't suffice to charge anyone because I worked in hotels before as I explained on the phone, from shuttle driver and housekeeper because some hotels will have you doing more than one thing unless you have the experience and unless the room smelled like someone just got thru lighting one up or something to that nature than no excuse. but it was the rudeness that got to me and the accusations and again I know she found some leftover bud, BUT I literally have a grinder on me so thats where all that came from because I was grinding my stuff in it and I was in a rush to tidy up before I left but pretty negligent to assume and even thought I didn't get charged (which I'm thankful for even tho I didn't smoke in the room) it was the tone of it and I still felt the need to address it here because there should be cameras that overlook the bottom rooms and if they are some cameras down there than I didn't see them because I'm pretty sure that could of been cleared up ASAP but again my overall stay was great no issues i just don't like to be accused of something I didn't do and be on the hook for a charge for something that's not accurate and just because if I did do something like that of violating the policy why would I call and ask about it?? Read moreWorst Experience and I was Discriminated. I booked a room through Priceline and on 06/18/2025 around 11 am, I went to check in and found front desk is closed and only open after 3 pm. ( Never saw a hotel front desk open after 3 pm) I call and lady said she will let me check in, but that will cost me early check in of $30. I was hesitant, latter I accept it and then I gave her chime credit card and it was her company policy not to accept, I said that’s ok and gave her other credit card and then she look at my dress and face and asked about my background. Then all of sudden, she said she is not going to accept any credit card, and then she asked me about $300 cash deposit. I travel a lot and never heard about $300 cash deposit, I said I don’t have such cash and then she said she is going to cancel and won’t allow me to check in and told me to get out from the hotel right now.
I was so tired after long flight and long layover at Denver and she judged me on a basis of my appearance and not ready to accept other valid credit card for incidental and early check in fees. At the end they way she told me to get out from hotel was such a disrespect and inappropriate behavior. Then I headed back to airport and try to book another hotel, but my third party said she is not going g to approve the refund and told me to contact the hotel. I call hotel 20 times on same day and phone no was not in service. After going through so much embrassment and discrimination on a basis of appearance, I would suggest other people not to book any room from such property. There were so many people who have wrote same kind of review and I felt the same. I did a file complaint to corporate office and I am not sure whether I am going to get refund or not. But I feel it is important to educate other people...
Read moreAwful place. First off i didnt even stay here. I called to see if they had open rooms he said i needed a credit card to reserve the room. I gave it to him not knowing he was going to actually charge it right then and there. Meantime i got lost and decided to stay at a different place so i called to cancel and they had already started the process of charging me. He told me it was to late to cancel. I asked for a corporate number and he put me on hold for about 5 minutes came back and gave me a number then hung up on me. I called the number and it was a (meet sexy singles) line. So i hung up and found the number online. Was on hold while the corporate tried contacting them. They didnt answer. Had to wait to talk to a corporate supervisor lost connection so called back and was talking to someone else had to explain the entire issue again and she called the hotel he answered and was "rude" to her as well. The corporate lady gave me a case number and i have to call back in the morning to talk to that hotels supervisor. This hotel needs to be shut down.
