My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights while we had a few appointments over in Lone Tree. Checking in was a breeze and Alexis was absolutely phenomenal! She was super nice and greeted us with a smile. The lobby was super clean and everything felt new. There was a small convenience nook next to the check out desk that had an assortment of drinks and snacks. We booked the one bedroom suite to have a little extra room and our room was great. Our room (#401) was on the top floor and faced the mountains…and highway. The noise wasn’t too bad although in the evenings you could hear the trains pass so I’m assuming there were tracks nearby. Nothing a noise machine couldn’t drown out, we could faintly hear the trains over our white noise machine. It had a nice sized kitchen with a good sized fridge, dishwasher and some other kitchen appliances/items. The entire room was clean and the furniture was all in great shape. The couch was perfect and had a lounge on one side and there was a great desk setup for me to get some work done during our stay. The bedroom had ample space and the king bed was super comfortable! The bathroom was a great size and the shower had wonderful water pressure. We hit the gym a few times and the equipment was all in great shape. The equipment was all Matrix Fitness, we mainly used the treadmill and it was pretty high tech. We didn’t use the indoor pool but it was next to the fitness room and it looked like the pool was a decent size. One of the best perks was a free breakfast for all guests. I’ve never seen such a tasty spread for a free breakfast! They served pearl sugar Belgian waffles (absolutely incredible!), cafe-free egg sandwiches, scrambled eggs, breakfast burritos (which were amazing), bagels, cereal, muffins, and many other items - plus a variety of coffee and tea options. They did an incredible job with the breakfast and the staff running the breakfast were super friendly. Overall, the entire property just felt clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and will most likely be back again when we’re in town!

Checked in on January 11th and stayed until the next morning, January 12th. Booked through Orbitz and got 10% off, which was nice. We had reserved the King Suite and was very pleased with it. Our stay was enjoyable and we even got free breakfast in the morning. A few days after our stay I noticed that I was charged an additional $100. I called the hotel up and told them that I had already been charged by Orbitz and was told that the additional charge of a $100 was because the room was missing a decor pillow. I was baffled by this claim, because why on earth would someone take a decor pillow from a hotel room? I then spoke to the manager and asked if there was any surveillance videos that they could possibly watch to prove that I did not take nor leave with a decor pillow, but to no avail. Although the hotel was clean and the hotel staff was friendly, I am disappointed in the fact that they were so quick to charge me but were less than helpful in assisting me and my current situation. The next step is to dispute the charge with my credit card company, hopefully their customer service is satisfactory. Prior to my experience, I would have definitely recommended this hotel to a friend, but I would never want a friend to go through this experience. Had it not been for this incident and the poor customer service, I would have given this hotel 5 stars.

Great place for an extended stay. Has a pool and a basketball court. Continental breakfast is very good. Not the typical low-budget breakfast choices. The room was clean and had a work space, which was what I needed. Full kitchen with supplies to clean. Has a very large outdoor fire pit with multiple grills. The service was great, and the people were friendly. It's located one mile from Target, King Soopers, Walgreens, and several places to dine. There's a full cat wash right next door, too, if you need to clean the car before you get back on the road. Will definitely stay there again. Fantastic place for the price.

Cons:

•when we first walked in the room, the overwhelming smell of bleach hit my face. Big YUCK! Sure you can know it's clean but breathing in the bleach fumes was not cool. I've stayed at many other hotels and maybe they should consider using a different cleaning product.

•no ice bucket in room. Once I retrieved the ice bucket from the front desk I found out that the ice vending machine🧊 is only located on the 1st floor instead of every floor like most hotels I've been in.🛗

•are you hoping to pull your car up to the front and park under the awning whilst you unload all of your luggage onto the trolley?🧳🧳💼 Not here! There is no awning so I had to unload and load the luggage in both the pouring down rain AND blazing heat. 😡

•I got a 2-bedroom suite. The air conditioner is located in the main sitting room and barely at all blows into the bedroom or bathroom, so it was very hot in both of those rooms. I hate trying to sleep in a hot room.😮‍💨 Once I thought of going downstairs to ask for a fan I was already undressed and in bed so I didn't do it. 🤔🫩🥱

•the stove overhead light did not work so while I was cooking it was very dark at night. 🚫💡

•In the market pantry the water bottles were $4 each 🙄🙄 which I think is absurd considering you can get a 24 pack of water from Sam's club for $3.99

•🧼🚿🫧 all of the soaps they had STANK! The hand bar soap, the body wash, and the shampoo

•in the front where you walk in I have stayed at other hotels who have a hook right by the door for you to hang your purse and or keys. Not here which I did not appreciate. I had to keep my purse on top of the dusty microwave to keep my kids from getting to it. PROS: •the refrigerator here was so awesome I actually took pictures of it and wrote down the brand so that I could see if I could buy one for my own home!

•I really like how they have a flat cooktop stove and not a gas stove. Also, they had a dishwasher yay!

•the bed was extremely comfy!! We've been driving across the country staying in many hotels and I believe I can say that this bed was the most comfortable bed. Just one gripe about it though. It is very low to the floor like a Japanese style bed or something. I am a very tall person and every time I would get into or out of the bed I would hurt my back:-(

•very good blackout shades which were great because I have to sleep in pitch Black 🫣

• the 2-bedroom suite we purchased had excellent ample space! We were able to fit both my daughters very large stroller and the luggage trolley in the front room at the same time with space left over to walk...

Unclean property and lack of customer service. I was completely shocked with how I was treated during my entire stay including the response by their Leadership. ||It started with the first room being filthy and it was obvious that bare minimum was done. There was dog hair everywhere, a button on the floor, the refrigerator had food/dirt within it, the cutting board with food particles, etc. I informed the staff and requested for them to see the room which they could not due to the limited staff. They informed me to take photos which I did. I showed the front desk representative and they moved me to a new room (note that I spent two hours at this point). The new room had a light that did not work, a drawer that was broken, a remote that did not work, etc. I was exhausted by then and had an early morning so decided to alert the front desk and stayed in the current room. Nothing had been done the entire nine nights that I stayed and the housekeeping was not done per request. I understand that COVID is no longer an issue however cleanliness should be something of high priority for a hotel.||I had even requested to speak to the General Manager during multiple times, which they would not do but instead was given the assistant Manager. I explained everything and unfortunately she did nothing at all except state "well the housekeeper Manager said sorry what else do you want?" Once I had checked out I called the General Manager who was located their sister property and she stated that her staff cleaned the rooms, which they did not, and she stated she believed her staff. I even explained that I took pictures of the state of the rooms as proof and she actually told me I should not have done that. I have till this day never experienced a situation like this and have stayed for months at multiple Marriot properties in the last twenty years||In summary, stay away from...
