Purchased cinnamon rolls. Simply put, amazing! As an experienced baker, I am seriously impressed. The roll is soft but with enough structure to carry the rich flavor, cinnamon sugar, and cream cheese frosting (fluffy and silky, and absolutely addictive). 4 pack of cinnamon rolls weighed nearly 2 1/2 lbs. Tried Rise 60:1 Bakes for the first time and everything was incredible. The cinnamon roll was soft, fluffy, and loaded with cinnamon, topped with the best cream cheese frosting I’ve had in a while. I meant to take a video… but I took a bite and it disappeared. 😂

The chocolate chip cookie was just as good—crispy edges, soft center, and tons of chocolate. Exactly what you want in a bakery-style cookie.
