We were a group of 3 staying at the cabins to explore the northern side of Yellowstone. It suited us well, with the cosy cabin being utilised to the max. We were comfortable, could enjoy a nice shower after exploring the park and prepare meals. The only thing I'd recommend is to check the kitchen utensils/items occasionally for functionality and wear/tear. Our can opener didn't work at all and it was only because of a Leatherman tool that we could keep cooking. But overall this is an ideal location from which to access Yellowstone! The cabins are adorable. You have a cafe and grocery store and petrol station nearby too.

We stopped at the Emigrant Cabins on a couples trip to Yellowstone and the Tetons. Our time at Emigrant Cabins did not disappoint. Check in was easy with an informational email. The room was clean and stocked with everything you might need and more! We especially enjoyed the fire pit in the evening watching the sun set on the mountains. Wood was provided, as were roasting sticks and lighter. We walked to the Old Saloon in the evening and enjoyed breakfast at Wild Flour Bakery. This stay definitely started out trip off on a positive note, and I would recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

I've stayed here and my family have stayed here on several occasions. I also have many of my fishing clients book @Emigrant Cabins. The owner is very responsive and it's obvious from the service that she cares about her property. It's a great location in Emigrant within walking distance to restaurants, a bakery and a bar. The cabins are exceptionally clean and have everything needed for cooking or just relaxing. There's a great communal, covered space and even a fire pit. You also won't beat the price for staying so close to Yellowstone Park or in Paradise Valley. Highly recommended!

So pleased and surprised at this little oasis of comfort and fun in kinda the middle of nowhere between cool & artsy Livingston, MO and the northern entrance to Yellowstone. The cabins are so clean, spacious & cute with a living area and kitchenette stocked with everything you could need. Super comfy beds and pillows. And 6(!) big, fluffy, high-quality bath towels. Everything was an at-home quality level vs mid-range hotel/motel quality. Gated area to park, adorable porches with adirondacks and communal area to hang out and meet other guests if you want.

And the best thing about it is it’s behind what appears to be the social center of Emigrant, the small town it’s located in. There’s an authentic saloon & restaurant with an outdoor stage where we saw live music for free both nights (Fri & Sat) along with the locals. A beer and cocktail were $9 TOTAL! There’s also a bakery and BBQ joint onsite. It was just a perfect place to return to each night after a day of exploring …lovely setting, out of the way but with great food & drink, friendly people, and fun stuff to do if you want. Or just sit and watch the stars. Such a find! Loved everything...

When my family & I made the itinerary for our summer road trip in MT, we planned to tent camp on the banks of the Yellowstone for our overnight stop in Livingston, but were weathered out in a storm, so had to pivot last minute. We were incredibly pleased to snag the last available cabin that night at Emigrant cabins. It was affordably priced & a nice quality accommodation all around. We travel with 2 teens of different genders & finding a room set up that works for all of us while respecting their increased need for privacy is often tricky. The cabin made it a cinch. Thanks for providing an affordable alternative lodging site in an area that has become increasingly challenging to travel to due to unrealistically high prices, as well. Our middle class family appreciates you! We loved the experience all around. Thanks...

Nicolette is a super host and this place is super fantastic! You are close to anything and everything MT has to offer. Just 30 minutes from the front gate of Yellowstone which allowed and easy early trip, the surrounding national forest has all types of recreation and trails to beautiful falls, the river is ... just see for yourself. And the constant view of Emigrant Peak as well as a nightly dome of stars and the milky way. The history of this area is really great, too. And when you do come, check out the local bakery, eateries, and talk with the locals. Great helpful folks who are very proud of their home, and proud to share. All this, and the cabins are super comfy, roomy, clean, and just like a home away from home. Thanks Nicolette, and thank you Emigrant. --Joby...
