My wife and I booked a 3-night stay for a little getaway to Gilbert to ride some trails. We booked three weeks ahead of time so obviously couldn't predict the weather, which ended up being continuous snowfall for the few days we were there. However, it made for a great stay at Wildwood Cabins. The cabins themselves are small but adequate, with all of the necessities you'd expect such as a refrigerator, two stove eyes/ griddles, microwave, etc. WiFi was included but don't expect to be doing a lot of streaming as the signal was intermittent and wasn't extremely fast. But the cabins themselves were extremely clean, with great water pressure and temperature. Also had a loft with two mattresses for the kiddies (we didn't bring our daughter but will next time). The cabins are approximately 2.5 miles from the main part of town, where the grocery store and restaurants are located. Quick drive for your necessities and extremely close to the trail head for the RockHouse entry point for fourwheeling. The owners communicated back and forth with us several times to ensure that our stay was comfortable and to see if we needed anything else. Loved the view of the river. Great place to stay. We'd definitely rent from here again if we come back again this summer. Highly recommend!

Great location in Gilbert. Only 250 yards from an ATV trailhead for Rock House. Owners were very kind and helpful. Told us about a great spot to view wild horses which weren't on the Hatfield McCoy Trails. Cabins were absolutely adorable and very clean. Bed was unbelievably comfortable. Had all the linens and dishware we needed for meals. Kids loved hanging in the stream that was in front of our cabin. Our family truly enjoyed this much needed getaway!!!

We stayed in cabin 3. Just two of us. Didn't need anything larger. The cabins are clean and all have all the amenities you need to cook small meals and make coffee in the morning before hitting the trails. There is a picnic table, fire pit and grill for when outside. Randy is the most accommodating and nicest person. This was our first time on the Hatfield McCoy trails and will definitely be coming back here to stay.

This was our first trip to the Hatfield & McCoy Trails, and after a 7 hour drive we found the cabins. It seems as of late that nothing is as it is described, however the cabin was exactly as described! The owner Randy, is a very nice, polite, and accommodating man. He had the AC on and cooling the cabin which was a relief being it was summertime. The cabin was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. I am a very large man, and I always worry about the bathroom, and shower being too small, which thankfully was not the case here. The cabin is real close to Rockhouse Trail which is awesome! He provided plenty of towels and washcloths for bathing after a long days on the trails. There is a nice fire pit, and a state park type of grill on a well kept lawn. Plenty of private parking for each of the cabins, and you are right on the water! The bedroom is a little small, BUT that's ok because the bed was VERY comfortable. I slept like a baby! Even though the owner has several dogs, they are kept fenced in, and they never barked or bothered us at all. This was an awesome vacation for us, and Wildwood Cabins was well worth the price we paid. Thank you Randy, and we hope to...

Just came back from a 4 night stay at wildwood cabins, cabin #2 .a good size for three guys and their dirt bike gear, four might start getting a bit cramped. And it was great!!!! The cabin was clean ,comfortable , relaxing , it had everthing needed . lots of parking less than 3min drive to the town of Gilbert for gas, groceryies. About a 20 second drive to the trail. ||Randy the owner, super nice guy helped us out with any questions we had. he had trail passes waiting for us when we arrived . The rockhouse trails were decent the single track had its challenging parts i wouldn't recomend riding them solo. Good places to eat are the pizza place in Gilbert can't remember the name Randy will know, Trail 12 BBQ , and Keiths bar and Grill in the town of Man. Myself and the other two guys that stayed were all very happy with the accomodations and would stay at the Wildwood...
