It is a great value to pay flat rate of $165 or $190 for 2 people on a weekly basis, as opposed to other motels that are night to night basis of at least $65+ and no weekly rate. If more motels offered this weekly flat rate, even in nicer areas, would be helpful considering the homeless population is at an all time high and not many people (low income or those in the middle of looking for a permanent residence, being myself and my boyfriend) can afford $400+ for a week at a crappy motel. Main complaint is the location and rift raft of people staying or coming and going outside the establishment. Very clean here, had public showers and bathroom, but sometimes hear loud music or people fighting, some shady people on the street at night. I only wish that there were more motels at this price because it could help a lot of the homeless. so for my stay here has been just fine. The bathrooms showers and hallway are cleaned with bleach...
