I remember in the 1960’s fishing and hiking thorough the area now known as SANTIAGO ESTATES. We used to see standing fireplaces and filled in basements from houses that were wiped out in a flood long ago, .Old cars were half buried in the dirt I thought it odd that anyone would build in the “WASH” as it was quite obvouuse that nature had been flooding that area since the beginning of time. I heard that the CORPS OF ENGINEERS had placed a moratorium on building permanent houses in the wash.

It's a distance and on a noticeable slope to get anywhere on foot. Security only seems to be around late at night or when a call is made. Cars are always popped out from their driveways, making two cars getting by difficult at times. The availability of a Jacuzzi, pool, park, basketball court, handball courts, and occasionally a volleyball court (when there's a net up) is good to have though. Sometimes it's hard to get used to the way new management decides to do things, especially since they seem to change a lot. A nice view is pleasant, used to be even better before Mountain Glen. I'm sure the ideal way to live so close to neighbors in an area like this would be to have neighbors who are also your friends and who you...

Love it nice friendly neighbors. Great location w a panoramic view of the valley. Quite area, I am surely the loudest on the block maybe in the entire community complex, lol. Don't rat me out. Kool amenities. Pool big meadow of soft grass, horse shoes & volleyball, handball & basketball, pic nic tables & gazzibo's, decent amount of parking but can get full on the weekend. But the property lot is ridiculous how they keep raising the price every year. It has reached higher than most pay...
