owner said she does not allow animals and charged us a grand for ESA animals when the owner herself stated over the phone "I can not deny an emotional support/service animal" The place was nice and the view was great but over priced for how dirty and filthy it was. There was blood stains on one bed set. Floors, counters, and restrooms were dirty and can be accounted for when you wipe a napkin across and the maid tried to pin the blame on our animals? Read moreI stayed here two weekends ago for three nights with two friends. We stayed in a large suite with four beds and a private bathroom. The room was very nice and super clean. It's right along the Arroyo Colorado with a private fishing pier and large outdoor cooking area and deck to relax on. The owner was very nice, professional, and very willing to accommodate our requests. We were in town for a hunt on the Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge, and I think this is about the closest place to stay. Read moreHad an incredible 3 day weekend at the Casa with kids, grandbabies, etc. What a special place this is...... we were soooo comfy in our rooms, and the kitchen, bar and living areas are fantastic, especially the upper deck --- lots of good times out there! Two boats for fishing on Friday morning, one shallow water and the other deeper. Big contest between the men and the women, and let's just say the girls won by number of fish caught!
