Rated a 4, ice machines weren't convenient to my room. No phone, in my room, to call for room service. No elevators to upper rooms, or luggage carts, and had to make several trips up 2 flights of stairs, with 2 small children. Came back to our room late at night, after a long day with family that lives here, to discover my room key card didn't work, after climbing 2 flights of stairs, with 2 little children, and alot of things piled up outside our room. I called the office with my cell phone, to get someone to come open the door. I was told, to come to the office, to re-key my key card. I explained my situation, and he insisted I had to come to the office, and I told him, that would be extremely difficult for me. I'm 66yrs old, with a hip condition, and that going back down 2 flights of stairs with all of our things, and down a long stretch of sidewalk and parking lot, with 3 small children, and back, was not an option for me, and I was concerned for our safey. The next door guests offered to take my key card to the office for me, because he had to go to the office anyways. I told the guy from the office, that I agreed to letting them do this, and he hung up on me. The next door guest returned with the guy from the office, and the guy from the office, lectured me with a very harsh sturn tone, and said he didn't care how old I was, how tired I was, how late it was, how many things I had to caring or that I had 3 small children. And, that I should have noted, that I needed a ground floor room. And, basically telling me, that it was my own fault, that my key card didn't work. All before unlocking my room door, and in front of the children, still standing outside our room. He made me feel like a child in trouble. This man was not nice at all, and...

If I could do a negative star.. I would. I stayed here for nearly two weeks.. not ONCE did house keeping clean or even stop by but maybe a handful of times. Everyday I requested a single bed(weren't available at first so was in a double) and was told everyday I'd have to check out at 12 and come back after 4. When they finally did have a single bed available that I didn't have to wait for we moved to it. Room 128. I HAVE NEVER seen so many roaches in my life, the shower BARELY worked and a bath wasn't an option. Out if the entire shower head, water was only coming from 4 tiny holes. I notified them of the shower and roaches around 7pm that day(when we found out about the shower issue) and was informed that the lady at the front was specifically told not change anyone's room. That is very understandable, but not for a hotel that maybe had 4 cars there total and had plenty available options to try and accommodate. So then I asked if she could send someone to look at and after texting the manager she informed us that the manager said he would have it fixed in the morning. First thing in the morning we go to the front to discuss the issue and a different front desk lady told us her manager was out of town and that we were not available to extended our stay any further that we needed to check out.

Come to find out, my three year old pottied outside. I know... Not appropriate. But potty training has been tough with him..and my boyfriend was on the toilet. Not on anyone, not maliciously and the manager wanted us to leave for that reason. Note that when this incident happened no one bother to say anything to me and STILL took my money for another room that...

Reserved 2 King non-smoking rooms with pull out beds, only because everyone else was booked.Ā  When we arrived, I was underwhelmed to say the least. I already had pretty low expectations judging by previous reviews and pictures.Ā  We requested sheets, blankets, pillows (for the pull out beds) and a few more towels and washcloths.Ā  We were told they didn't have anymore clean washcloths or blankets. About 30 minutes after arriving (it was already pretty late at night) they brought some of the things we asked for. At 7:00 pm the SECOND night, my husband called the front desk again to see if they had any blankets. Clerk said they would check when they had the chance. 15 minutes later, after no response, he called back to ask again. Again he was told they would check when they had time. Very disappointed, he went to the front desk to wait for an answer...he waited for awhile, she didn't return, so he came back to the room and we decided to just go buy our own. She called our room right before we left and said she had to look all over the hotel, but she found us some.Ā  The whole experience was just annoying and uncomfortable. Also, our second room AC quit working.

The Hotel itself is very dated and dirty.Ā  The carpet is filthy and sticky feeling. GROSS. The washcloths were stained and dingy. The place is understaffed and they do not have enough necessary items for guests.Ā No free WiFi access for guests. Which was a HUGE bummer because I had zero phone signal. Wish we could have stayed at one of the others nearby that were SO MUCH NICER. The WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. I wished there were availabilities at one of the nearby hotels which...

Only decent thing is location..food joint down the road and a gas station behind the hotel...but upon arrival i Had to wait about 30 min before we where even addressed, and that was after we ended up looking for the staff. The hotel is home to many people instead of just a quick stay. Looked like a drug hotel honestly. The rooms..bring your own pillows..they literally are usually what seemed like couch cushions wrapped in a pillow case..but clean with a 1st glance..but what was even on the headboard...and the nightstand...I don't even wanna know..the a.c leaked thru the night so when you wake up and get off the bed on the side where the a.c you socks are soaked..I mean..to sum it up..you get what you pay for. It was a quick find and at last minute due to power outage from a storm..but won't frequent again unfortunately.

Didn't enjoy our stay. LikedĀ Ā·Ā Cute towel displays DislikedĀ Ā·Ā Had to switch rooms because the 1st one they put us in,the TV didn't work and the phone didn't work. They said it was supposed to be off for maintenance. In the second room there was only one battery for the TV remote and the TV wouldn't turn on with the remote when we got a battery for it. My husband got hurt one a piece of metal sticking out from under the bed. There was no free breakfast as advertised. The connected restaurant Hole in One was super expensive and not kid friendly. I wouldn't recommend and will pay the extra $40 to $50 for one of the three places next door.
