Lebo Inn — Hotel in Lyndon

Stopped on the property broken down waiting for a repair service to come fix my truck. A woman came out and rudely demanded I get off the property unless I pay for a room, the area I stopped in was a lot for semis to park. I agreed to move and she continued to be rude and argumentative about the whole situation. She stood out in the lot and watched me move my truck, the had a blown out tire. Causing further damage to my rim beyond use.

It is very poorly signed first of all, your employees should NEVER be rude, it is unprofessional, and I was there because TA told me to park there while i waited for a 3rd party repair service (aka not TA) I was cooperative and not argumentative about moving. But your employee kept pushing for an argument. With that kind of employee, it makes your WHOLE hotel look bad. Learn how to be respectful. Not all truckers are nice or polite as I tried to be with your rude employee.

As I previously mentioned it is unprofessional and unappreciated. This is not the first time your employees have been rude, reading your reviews other people have parked there with the intention of wanting a Room and was treated horribly and unprofessionally...

Welp here’s my truths about the I will call it a baby diamond in the rough . 😂 I definitely liked my stay checked in around 11at night and the guy (blk hair n glasses )that checked me in was cool n friendly no hassle we chit chatted I paid the $15 for my fur baby 🐶 that was no problem my room was clean yes clean not one Bug 🐜 or NO BED 🛌 BUGS 🐜 …and that’s NO CAP , I’m from South Central Los Angeles , California so I know I’ve seen bad and just had to leave anywho don’t be scared because there’s a truck stop next door and across the street it’s quiet no one stole our things out that back or the trucks only thing is I could say may bed was comfortable yes but a lil old and springy but definitely slept good water hot shower and sink worked oh I had a king room with a lil couch that was clean as well by the eye but yes definitely pull up stay the night p.s they do have fridge ,microwave , nice tv and Wi-Fi …I would tell y’all what room I stayed in but I’m not lol y’all stay safe travel safe and...

I was on a road trip with family and we pulled over trying to park near the grassy rocky area between the gas station and the hotel. I turned the wrong way and parked in the hotel parking lot. My kids were over driving so we just got out for a few minutes. A woman comes out of the office with the nastiest attitude “can I help you?”. I explained no thank you. She just launched into this RANT about how the hotel parking is reserved for guests only and why couldn’t we read the sign (we didn’t see it and didn’t even mean to turn into hotel parking). I promised to move my car right away but she literally stood there the whole time staring at me with her arms crossed until I moved my car. The sad part is that my kids were exhausted from driving and this would have been the perfect stop (location wise) for the night. She was extremely RUDE. We were also only 1 of 3 cars there so it wasn’t like we were taking a parking spot away from...
