Travelodge by Wyndham Marysville — Hotel in Marysville

I was surprised in that my room was a lot better than I expected given some of the recent reviews that I've seen. I stayed in one of the separate buildings behind the main building, and my room was clean, comfortable, and appeared to be recently remodeled or renovated. My only complaint was that the person working at the desk couldn't get any of my credit cards to work, and I had to wait what seemed like 20 minutes at check in. I wouldn't have minded if she was apologetic, but she never said that she was sorry even once. The next day when I checked back to see if she got it figured out, she said that she was able to use my same credit card that was on file. I'm not sure if she just didn't know how to work her system or if there was a computer malfunction. Either way, I think I was owed an apology. In any event, the room was affordable and...

Pretty bad stay for me two weeks ago while doing some oil and gas work for the week. The staff were cool about getting things resolved but it all still sucked and was a major head ache...

To start I was double billed for my stay.

My mini fridge didn't work, they brought me another one, that didn't work, and then finally the third one worked.

one day I had no water in my room at all, it didn't work.couldnt wash my hands or take a shower.

Room service never came to my room during my entire week stay.

Wifi would cut in and out.

Every single time I talked to staff they helped me get things resolved or had me do it myself but there was never any accommodation for any of these head aches and inconvenience I experienced. I will never stay here again, and I would highly recommend to everyone to stay...

The location was exactly where I needed. The rooms were clean, but one bed was hard and the other was soft and I could feel the springs. The pillows were bumpy and uncomfortable. Also, I felt like I was getting bit by bugs in the bed all night. I definitely did not sleep well at all. The bathroom walls were banged up and I couldn't turn on the shower. I had to take a bath with luke-warm water. There were people lingering in the parking lot at 10pm. The outer doors didn't close or lock so anyone could enter the hotel. I definitely will not be coming back...
