Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Marysville

Food was great but service sucked. We were there at 1 30 on a Saturday and our waitress acted like we were an inconvenience. To start with she told us to seat ourselves and then it was 10 minutes before she got to us. Then after we got our food, she came back liberally less than 2 minutes later to see how things were, and to put to-go boxes on our table that we never asked for, and to leave the bill. Then about 5 minutes later I had to ask for more tea. And not any surprise when she brought that back in a to-go glass as well. Then as if we weren't taking the hint she started vacuuming so that we couldn't hear to carry on a conversation. Throughout our very short visit my wife also noticed the waitress glaring at us from across the room. And then when we went to leave, she had sat down in a booth and did not get up or say anything to us, she let the other girl who had to come out of the back handle us at the register. Only thing that got this location 2 stars is the food was really good amd the other staff seemed...

Called last night for a dine in order as we had two littles with us. Arrived to find our pizza, breadsticks and salads already setting out on a table in the middle of the restaurant. Two different couples came up to us and said the food had been setting on the table for over 5 minutes and maybe more. Had to ask for plates and drinks. I felt like we were on display in the front of the restaurant when there were open booths all over plus when the door opened the cold air came right on us. One gal asked if we would like to have the order remade—kind of defeats the purpose of ordering for dine in. The kids were hungry so we just ate what we had. No offer to take dollars off of our bill. We won’t be going back unless I hear...

It did no good to online order. We still waited in our car for 20-25 minutes which was plenty of time to completely cook our wings & cinnabons. That makes our order much more expensive when we count the gas we used waiting because it was 90 degrees out. Not to mention melted ice cream because we usually get our order on the way home from the grocery store. This is the second time we have waited like this. We will probably think twice before we order here next time. It's sad because pizza hut has been a regular for us since...
