Relax Inn & Suites — Hotel in Mattoon

This was easily one of the best resorts i’ve ever stayed at. My group of 15 fit extremely comfortably in the suite. The holes in the blankets made it so I didn’t over heat when I was sleeping. The piano in the court yard made for a great amenity. The location was within walking distance of a 5 star continental breakfast. I felt so safe there that I was ok the doors didn’t lock. When we stayed there our floor in the room was dirty. At first the people who work there were very nice and reasonable until you were there longer than a day and then they talk bad about you and overcharge you and act like you're behind when you're not behind on your payments. My son is autistic and they made fun of him. So if you have a disabled child don't stay there if you don't want them making fun of your child. If I could I would rate them...

Don't stay there the people that is working there, they are very rude and disrespectful to the people it doesn't matter who it is.
