We stayed here for three nights with 2 years old girl and got the lowest and last room near the grass parking. As we came everything seemed to be ok, then we started to realise that the room wasn't cleaned at all. Dirty floor, bugs in the refrigerator, hairs overall and especially in the bathroom. The sheets weren't changed, same here with hairs! Disgusting. The carpets weren't vacuumed. The window was broken but stayed together, although our girl could get injured. So i had to ask for a ductape to secure the glass. We mean, if you know that the guests check-in with a baby, shouldn't you check the room thorough? The coffeemaker was all dirty for ages. After all a maid leaved a brief for tips, telling us she prepared our room well. There were no room-service at all. The maximal cooling termperature of the A/C was set on 72F, so if you felt too warm you could't set lower temp. Onsite there were two little stray dogs, who ran everywhere, the point is that they barked on our little one and she got scared. No hot neighter warm water in the shower! As we checked in we got a lot of paperwork, i mean common, we're in 2024. The breakfast was ok but only for two persons. You have a basic choice with only one juice and coffee, if you want more, you have to pay. We had to convince the waiter, that our little travels with us by ordering our breakfast. They noticed her pancakes and said on the ckeck-out that i have an open bill. Wow! It was actually boldy to come and charge me for a daugher, who was initially on the booking! Two adults and a kid! The clerk annuled our bill after knowing it was for a kid, but anyway. The only good thing in the hotel was the pool and the view on the ocean, we really enjoyed these two but would...

Got a package deal for 3 days all inclusive, paid a little extra for front beach view. Place is nice but our room's A/C was not cooling, it was blocked off at 72 and in order to lower it the maintenance person has to come by and lower it, once lowered it can't be touched. Even at 65 we barely felt the difference. The beds are full size, luckly we had a twin airbed, because my 2 sons could not fit on one bed. The rooms only have 2 beds for 4 people. There is an ice bucket in the room, you need to pay 50 cents for that small bucket. Your not allowed to bring coolers to the site. The service is good, certain items on the menu are better than others, and the portions of some, mostly breakfast, are small. The location is ok but the beach other than to enter the water has nothing to offer. The pool is very nice and warm, its location is perfect, having the restaurant right next to it. They have pool tables that you have to pay to use. And what really bothered me was at the service desk they have a sign with the wifi name and password, when I was in my room, I could not find the wifi name, my son went to verify, and they told him wifi was only for the lobby and pool area, not for the rooms. These details made a great vacation into an...

I love the place, although is in need of better care, and cleaning. They are very strict in their rules but very little when it comes to service. I saw a lot of conflicts and tension between the staff and I think those manners are better work in a private scenario where no customer can observe, as it is very uncomfortable to watch. I have to make a mention of an employee that attended the bar, I think his name is kedanny or something along that line, sorry I can't remember very well his name, very attentive and nice, so accommodating, he exceeded our expectations. When it comes to groups they lack organization and communication. If is a small group I recommend it. It depends how important service is to you, to me sarcasm masked with nicely words are a hard no. Again most but not all were like that. The pool was nice the view is excellent and calming, there is a lot of places near by to visit, eat and drink, a lot of beaches.

It's review is a little late I stayed there two years ago multiple times before that and love it every time great food near it so you don't have to travel so far it's right on the water with an Infinity pool and a bar & restaurant on site and so far I've been to three of the parador locations and only one has not been the greatest and just like combate Beach resort super clean and super friendly The only downside is you cannot really go into the water very rocky and some riptides as you can see in some of the pictures but the other part that I like about this location is when they have the trade winds and to me who runs very hot I love this location because it could be 91° and feel like it's 70° maybe not so low but you get the point.

Very relaxing place in front of the beach. Beach not apt for children. Waves are strong. Good attention from personnel and good cuisine. All inclusive package is excellent. Food all day that there is a point that you think is too much. Great value. Room needs some attention. Although it was a clean room there are some details that needs attention. My room was extremely dark. Very poor lighting. AC was noisy. Bathroom sink was inclined, almost falling from wall and the tub level was inclined to the opposite side of the drain making water drain very slow. For families on a budget, it is a good alternative because of the all inclusive family package. But don’t expect luxury accommodations. I still recommend this place
