The people who work here are wonderful! We received a call on our arrival day at around 1pm (HOURS prior to check in time) just letting us know our room was available if we wanted to check in early. When we arrived the woman who greeted us (I wasn't sure if it was the same person who called) was hospitable and gave us a little tour. We felt VERY welcomed. On the day we left the front desk called around 10 to let us know that because of the rain they were forced to have a new couch delivered to our room because it couldn't be left outside. We were already prepared to leave but the woman who called profusely apologized. She also apologized again ten minutes later when we checked out, not only for the couch delivery but for the rainy weather which, obviously, was not her fault.

The location cannot be beat. The price was very low compared to places nearby. Our room was MASSIVE with many seating areas and a table and three couches. We had a suite so there was a kitchen too.

The cleaning wasn't above average but was, overall, acceptable. There were some odd stains on the main bathroom tile but I cleaned them pretty quick. Our shower immediately clogged but the water drained quickly once shut off. I didn't mention it to the staff, I did leave a note when we left so hopefully they fixed it. And finally: it isn't their fault really but there was zero ventilation in the bathroom: no vent, no windows, no fan. I'm not sure what they could do about this short of remodeling but it didn't contribute positively to an already humid environment.

Facing the ocean there's a giant outdoor space with some coverage from the sun and then a bunch of options for seating. There's a boardwalk that's about twenty steps to the beach. There's a guest laundry, towels for the beach and a big hammock.

This IS NOT luxury but is perfect for a simple,...

We are traveling on a motorcycle, on a waiting list for a cruise. Basically, freestyling it.

Online said sold out so I called. Euda answered and said if online sold out, sold out they were. Then, 5 minutes later, phone rings and it's Euda saying, in fact, they DO have a room! Yay! It's coming up on Memorial weekend, so all spaces are limited.

For the price, I had minimal expectations, but I immediately realized we had stumbled upon a little gem.

Enter in the rear through a courtyard with Adirondack chairs in front of each unit. Tables for gathering, a small centerpieces and personal touches all around. Warm, quaint, beachy and inviting. NOT fancy by any stretch. Double tree is a couple doors down if you prefer paying $300 a night to a corporate entity.

They offer rooms and cottages. We took a room.

Our room was super clean, uniquely decorated with painted furniture and cute paintings. The coffee maker was sparkling with full sized bags of coffee, enough for a full pot! Real cream for the coffee!

Easy beach access, with complimentary chairs and boogie boards. Beach is beautiful!!

We were able to watch the launching of Space X from the beach. Super cool, excellent view!

I've saved the best for last....customer service. Shout out to Euda and Debbie! They reminded me why I love Mom and Pop operations. While I dont think they own, they made sure our stay stand out with their kindness and warmth that you don't find in the chains.

Don't hesitate to check out this sweet little spot! 5...

Management is great! All the ladies are very nice, and whomever checked me in offered a room upgrade at a discounted rate. The option was given to add on extra nights, I wish I had taken it.

The reason for 4 stars is the kitchen area was rather hazardous; my oven mitt had a gigantic hole (see attached picture) and when I cooked a pizza it stuck to the foil that lined the shelves and burnt the bottom with the toppings still raw. You need to have the air circulation underneath to prevent things like that from happening, not sure why the foil is there. I wanted to use a pan, but they only had a rectangular one. Maybe it's needless to say, but I set the fire alarm off with my burnt pizza, and when I tried to take it out of the oven by pulling the shelf forward, I burned myself due to the hole in the oven mitt.

Besides that, the stay was a major success! There was a laundry room, extra towels and some board games in the office to use, beach toys and boards available around the side of the office, a nice seating area in the back with lots of chairs available, and a grill and rinsing station. As for the room itself, it was a lot nicer than I expected. After looking at the one bedroom upgrade I was offered, I decided to stick with the studio because it was just as nice!

Even with COVID-19 making housekeeping a little difficult, it wasn't hard to find someone and ask for more towels. Even had a lady come by before the end of my stay and ask if I needed more of anything.

Overall,...

My daughter & I just stayed at this super cute beach themed hotel for 5 days. We absolutely loved it! We stayed in room #1, which was the furthest from the beach. It was a very short walk (1 min?)onto a great beach where we enjoyed watching the crabs, pelicans, clams, cranes, and geckos everywhere. We even had a lemon shark breach the water about 6ft from us. It's just amazing! Also, if you enjoy shell hunting, this beach will keep you busy for a long time! The boardwalk down to the beach is right beside the property, and they had towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand castle supplies for our use. When you're done, they have a nice place to shower off excess sand. Beach themed room, spacious, comfortable, clean, equipped kitchen, cold AC, hot water, right next to the beach, friendly, washer & and dryer, and my favorite part was the ice trays in the freezer! There are geckos everywhere and very friendly squirrels who will beg for food! 😆 I hope we have the opportunity to visit again someday. ❤️
