Regency Inn — Hotel in Memphis

Just called this motel to ask the price of the rooms and guy answered the phone and said no he’s not renting me a room because he knows who I am but that was really my first time calling there I mean how could he tell who I am over the phone this person has very bad customer service smh I’ll never call there again because he doesn’t know me I’ve never even stayed there before I’ll advise nobody to because this doesn’t make any since to say he knows me when he hasn’t even seen my face smh sad people bad...

Property owners and all the office staff are excellent and have treated us like family since we have been here. Any issues have been tended to immediately Rooms are very clean up to date and are in the process of being remodeled. I am staying in a newly remodeled room and it's very nice.
