KFC — Restaurant in Memphis

So I went in today and picked up my mobile order. The lady said may i help you and I said i am here for my mobile order my name is Maria. Then she said there it is can to u confirm it. I said its my order. And she said oh ok. Then the manager said she looking at you like you knew it was hers. I mean really you gonna talk about me and be insulting rite in front of me? I mean I go there everyday and such but you couldve atleast waited until I left out the door. My response to her was I just didnt want to take someone elses food was making sure it was mine. But how can you say that right in front of a customer. I do not like ghetto atmospheres and so I will not be going back to the kfc on 3144 south 3rd street. Then talking about the customer right in front of em. Thats fine. I guess they were trying to show out in front of the firemen. Not really sure. If u have a problem with me I just wont come black bc i care about who handles my food. Meanwhile ill never go back there. Need to really take a customer service class perhaps !!!!! Horrible!!! Pulled up to the speaker, the employee was having trouble hearing me (not her fault), but when we decided on what we wanted, I loudly stated several times that I was ready to order. No response. So my thinking was that she could not hear me. I decided to pull up to the window, thinking I could place my order there (no other customers in line) where this girl with fake eyelashes that looked like caterpillars tells me quite rudely that I did not order. I made several attempts to explain that I believe the speaker is not working, but was cut off repeatedly. The exchange ended by her saying (rudely again) "you have to drive around, baby" and turns her back on me, and walks away. I was flabbergasted!! I am 63, not a baby. They don't want you to come in, only drive thru, tried several different days to dine-in and I see why. As I finally was able to dine-in: Floor is sticky, greasy, slippery. Restrooms are nasty, no soap or paper towel. Customer service, had to wait til the lady got off the cell phone before I could order, mind you she was sitting on the top of a table in a booth casually chatting on her cell phone. Had to eat on my kfc bag because they were too lazy to give customers trays for dine-in. If you see this place just keep going, it's like a mirage you think it's good from afar but wait til you see for self, just dangerous. Went on 6-28-2024. Worst experience in the food industry ever.
