Here's the good, it has a nice shower, good pressure, higher head for taller folk. The place is also clean. Here's why you should avoid. These pics are their parking lot. That's it. Parking spaces are not wide enough to open doors. The lot is narrow so anything more than a Smart Car is going to have a hard time. We parked at the motel across the street, we literally asked permission. Luckily they were kind enough to allow us to park there. Not nearly enough spaces to park, otherwise bring a horse and buggy if you don't have a Smart Car. Staff says, this place was built in the 1960's when cars where smaller. Um, cars were 20 feet long in the 60's! Trucks were smaller than today's truck, but cars were what we traveled in back then. If you're curious about the lumber shortage, these beds are about as solid as a stack of plywood. So I'm guessing that's where the shortage is. The HVAC unit, place a chair back in front of it. Otherwise you're getting air blown directly on you if you're in the bed nearest the unit. The pool has a bit of water in the chlorine.

I Would Not Recommend This Hotel Pay attention to hidden fees and mysterious charges that show up after your stay Room was awful, the AC unit was leaking water on the floor it’s very obvious that this was leaking for a while. (It smelled like mold badly) The drains were clogged in the sink & shower There was a lot of pet hair in the carpet The manager found humor in my complaints and took advantage of having a copy of my credit card After staying here I had to change my credit card number because of all the weird miscellaneous charges after I left. I would recommend staying at the Econolodge

This was a last resort and I would have been better off sleeping in my truck. Front lobby smelled awful and people were hanging around unnecessarily. Room smelled even worse and was dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. Towels were dirty and stained. It’s all in desperate need of a remodel. We found things on the floor possibly left by the last guest which means it probably wasn’t vacuumed. Not to mention we were charged 3 prices. Too expensive for a run down motel. I’ve never had a bad stay with Bestwestern. Guess there’s a first time for everything!

I really don’t like leaving a review less than 4 but I think this needs to be mentioned. We were staying here on business. The customer service from the manager/owner and morning front office lady was great! Which is why we looked past the dated (stale) state of the rooms and the terrible parking lot. However, one evening we came back to our room around 6 and noticed one of our person pillows was missing. We have dark brown pillow cases, they have white. We contacted the front desk and the manager was eager to help us but then proceeded to ask us questions that we found quite demeaning. He asked if we could have thrown it away or put it in our vehicle or luggage or if anyone else could have gone in our room, things like that. The young man and elderly women that service the rooms was involved, as well. The young man said there were only 3 brown pillows. I think we know how many pillows we had with us; we’re not stupid! Finally, at 10pm, that young gentleman brought back a brown pillow to our room and apologized saying it was in the laundry room. It was our pillow, all right, but it was so encased in curry smell that it was disturbing. Don’t get me wrong, we love curry…but how does this happen!?!? It’s hard to imagine they’re cooking curry in the laundry room; did he have in his personal space?? We left promptly the next morning and went to Sleep Inn across the street and had a much...

I have stayed at this location NUMEROUS times over the past couple of years, and I have to say the quality has declined tremendously since new management has taken over. A local had wandered in to the pool and hot tub mechanical room and caused severe damage about a year ago. Since that time, I hadn't stayed in over 6 months. Prior to booking my last stay, I called to make sure the pool and hot tub were in working order. The hotel rep stated they were, but were being cleaned that day. A couple of days later upon arrival, the sign on the counter indicated the pool and hot tub were closed. When I asked about it, the man stated they were being cleaned. 3 days later? He said someone had caused damages, etc.... Not knowing I knew how long ago it actually was... I said, "That was a year ago! I called two days ago to ask if they were open and you said they were, but were being cleaned. You lied to me!" This scumbag lied so I would book the room. Also - at 7 am there was no breakfast and no coffee. I travel with children, and we rely on the pool/hot tub and breakfast - as stated as an amenity of the hotel. Both of which were not provided. I'll never...
