Clerbrook Resort is a large gated RV and golf community with over 1,200 sites. While it offers some nice amenities, it may not be the best fit for everyone, especially larger rigs or families with young children.
The biggest challenge we faced was the tight spots. Our 40ft fifth wheel just fit, but all sites are back-in, and many are nestled between vacation cottages, making maneuvering a bit tricky. The layout didn’t leave much room for outdoor space, and privacy was minimal.
On the positive side, the resort has three pools, multiple clubhouses, and a small playground with swings, a slide, and some climbing structures. The location is convenient for shopping and groceries, and it’s a reasonable 30–50-minute drive to Disney World and Universal. One standout feature was the laundry system—being able to pay via app or credit card was incredibly convenient.
However, the sheer number of golf carts constantly zipping around made it feel less pedestrian- and bike-friendly, which was a downside for us with little kids.
