La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Monahans — Hotel in Monahans

This was the worst La Quinta we have ever stayed at. First the room was filthy. The microwave was not plugged in so we had to move the dresser out to plug it in. And tomour surprise the amount of trash was gross. One of the bed cover had brown stuff all over it. The bathroom wall had blood or some type of residue on it. The shower curtain had a black dirty hand print on it. And black dirty hand prints on the walls everywhere. Alone with spilt liquid allover the walls. The floor was dusty and looked like the floors had not been vacuumed or mopped in a few months. Now the complimentary breakfast was not an actual breakfast. They only serve hot food I guess during the weekdays. Well most people stay the weekends. And tomour surprise they didn't really prepare enough for Sunday morning so we had to go out for breakfast. The dining area was so dirty. The floor has not been cleaned in awhile. The trash in the hallway when we checked in Friday was still there Sunday. They just picked up the trash on top of the trash can. We only had 2 towels, 2 washcloths and the housekeeper wouldn't give us any fresh towels until we have her out dirty towels. And we were gone till 5 Saturday and still no housekeeping and we didn't have a sign out saying not to clean our room. We woke up and packed and left out for our 7 hour drive back home early. Do not stay here unless you bring your own...

All I'm gonna say is this. You don't charge 195 dollars on my card without telling me that's stealing and on top of that after I called and I was told for cleaning SMH lol more like I'm too lazy to clean so I'll charge instead. And the breakfast bar along with everything else in there was expired the bananas were old oh and the breakfast I had gave me food poisoning DO NOT EAT that Breakfast. The rooms smell like sewage. The water pressure is dumb low and the remotes are broken need batteries oh and roaches and rats. Building inspection and definitely food inspection is needed. Stay elsewhere this hotel is nasty. Bunch of dumb folk that take advantage of traveling people. They need to be reported for all of the nastiness and bedbugs and the fecal infested breakfast they have in the mornings. Do not stay here they will steal your items and charge your card for stupid crap. BBB has been notified as well. Maybe a lawsuit as well for false advertising. Hope yall had fun with the 195 yall stole. It's gonna cost...

1st off there were some gross black stains on 1 of the bed sheets and the toilet wasn't secured to the floor. 2nd they charged me for a night I didn't stay there and won't refund me the $110 they STOLE out of my bank account. Not 1 of them from the front desk lady to the GM could figure out how to change my zip code so they couldn't figure out how to charge me, or check me out. I gave them all the info to charge me, their system had an error they couldn't fix so they tried to blame AND charge me. That's a them problem, not a me problem. Then they did 13 charges to my bank back to back and charged me for a night I wasn't there. The general manager /night auditor is particularly rude, unprofessional, and nasty and refused to refund me for the night I wasn't there. I disputed through my bank and got my money back but the thieves at this hotel never took responsibility for their system error or attempted to refund me. Got it...
