Conley Bottom Cove — Hotel in Monticello

We as a family have been going to Conley Bottom for over 30 years, that in itself should tell you about the Conley Bottom facilities and family. This year we decided to try ourselves out with a houseboat, we found out that the houseboat was not our cup of tea, however we still had a blast and the Conley Bottom family was extremely accommodating. They were concerned about our happiness. We will not be back for a houseboat trip, we are campers, not houseboaters! However, it has nothing to do with Conley Bottom! Beautiful marina and very nice staff in gift shop and all the great guys that help and work with the boats in the boat rental area! Gate guy at entrance is wonderful and helpful as well. Rented pontoon for the day. Beautiful Lake Cumberland. Boat easy to maneuver and fun to explore the beauty of the Lake and fin coves to swim and relax and bbq in. House boats look amazing! A little miscommunication on where to bring boat back when coming in but all was smooth and I really enjoyed my time at this Marina and felt welcomed by all if the great friendly staff I interacted with! We rented a pontoon boat for the day. Everything worked fine. The staff treated us like the most important people there, although clearly we are just regular folks.

They were so helpful providing assistance with mobility for my elderly dad.

Dogs were welcomed on the pontoon boats (but not tritoons which are more cushy and new) with a cleaning deposit of 50 USD per dog. I'm sure that is subject to change, so be sure to ask about including your pet.
