Let me start out that I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last three years. To start out, the pool has been closed for "maintenance" since at least 2021. This was the first year they have served breakfast. This isn't a 4 star place but this visit took the cake. We stayed Friday and Saturday night. We discovered long black hair stuck to the shower wall!! Friday night seemed to go well but on Saturday night I woke up feeling something by my feet. I grabbed whatever it was in the dark with a kleenex and went into the bathroom to see what it was. I didn't know what it was. I turned on the light and it was a dirty girl's sock!! They didn't change the sheets!!!! Who knows how long that sock was in the bed and how many people slept on the same sheets!! I will never stay at that hotel again. Shame on you Choice Hotels!

Walked in after 8+ hours on the road, and sadly, this was where we stopped. And was greeted by absolutely nobody and had to ring the bell for someone's attention. The desk clerk came out of hiding and finally helped us get a room before disappearing again, and I didn't see another employee for the rest of our stay. The pool was closed very disappointed about the closed Continel breakfast and the rooms need a decor upgrade. Got a room with a king-size bed, which wasn't the most comfortable, and resulted in me being restless at 3 in the morning and being sore for the rest of the day. The bathroom fan was unnecessarily loud and annoying. Major issues probably won't stay again. The only good thing about the hotel was that it was cheap. 3/10 Jackson S. And Jeff S.

Was able to get a good night sleep here instead of paying much more in Moab. The roads were nice and cold but a little run down. Breakfast was good but the coffee was weak. Pool was clean and not too cold which was nice. No hot tub but we didn’t had a problem with that. There are not a lot of options for food around the hotel/motel but the one that was open at the time was good. If this review was helpful, hit the like button!

Wow. Im at a loss for words. Still I will continue…||Arriving at the rodeway we thought this place may be deserted. No cars. Empty pool. And roadway misspelled “rodeway” on the sign. ||To my suprise upon entering the most darling, scrumptious, little munchkin of indian boy came to greet us. What. A . Rascal.|||We purchased our room- an unparalleled price in one of the most spectacular places ever- Monticello, USA. ||The encapsulation of the American dream. ||Entering the room we were instantaneously enveloped by a charming musk that seemed to stick to my skin and penetrate my pores. Mmmmhmmmmmmm that fresh Monticello odor- I hope this smell sticks to me forever. I wish they could bottle it up as a perfume. They could calm it monti, by cello. And sell it at Macy’s. Or at the conoco down the road.||We were blown away with gratitude when one out of our two keys actually unlocked the door. Yippee! Inside, we exploded at the seams to see our gorgeous, humble abode for the next magical hours of our stay in Monticello. ||The two beds were generously adorned with THREE plump pillows and to our great delight SHEETS and a BLANKET with ONLY a couple of stains. These indelible markings told a rich story. Love was made here. Trucker Babies conceived perhaps under the pale montecello moonlight?…||Although the owners of this place did employ a bald man, and clearly suffer from dyslexia, we will never forget this diamond in the ruff, this immaculate image, this place where dreams really do come true. ||Thank you… thank YOU. the *roadway inn will forever be in our hearts, minds, souls, and...

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last 3 years, but me and my two friends have stayed there for the last time! While hotels in Monticello are limited, this Rodeway Inn, from the Choice Hotel chain, is definitely not worth the price they charge for what you get. Small thing, but the pool has been closed the last 3 years for ‘maintenance’. 3 years seems a bit much to get it up and running. This year was the first time they have ever served a so-called breakfast, which was only 2 options of cold cereal and hard-boiled eggs. That was it. The hotel is older and it shows. No elevator to the 2nd floor. Showed up for this last stay and the toilet was clogged by whomever stayed there before us, when I went to the front desk to let the clerk know, he handed me a plunger. That was a first. Never had to do hotel maintenance before. One of my friends found a small girl’s dirty sock in his bed, making it somewhat obvious that the sheets had not been changed since the last guest stayed there. Absolutely disgusting! Found a women’s long black hair all over the shower walls, when we only had two male guests in the room, both with short hair and not black. Bathroom and shower were not cleaned very well, once again, very obvious there is a lack of cleaning. Overall, the desk clerk was there the entire time, may have been the owner, but he just didn’t seem to care about our complaints and would give no answers or assistance once he had our money. Will never stay...

Staff did not adjust maintenance issues Wi-Fi issues or customer service issues as a fellow choice employee at the quality Inn and suites I was embarrassed at the Rodeway Inn to say that I was part of the choice chain as I did not meet maintenance issues Wi-Fi issues or customer service issues you will be told that they will be right with you no one will show went at the desk to speak to the manager she makes herself all available and tells you to call or send a letter in addressing your issues they are not people friend me nor do i feel that customer services is a priority or goal. Sadly regretfully I could not and will not be able to endorse this hotel as they do not put the customers first nor do they make themselves available for address any maintenance issues for customer service issues in any shape or form. I have reached out to the manager named Becky many times and she has not once even addressed my call nor does she even know what I'd like to speak to her about as it was not a priority for her she was unavailable to her customers. For the cost of the room I would've expected at least at best the maintenance issues to be addressed I had to wipe off the hair in the tub myself as they were not willing to change my room or address the issue and when I asked for a refund I was told that my bill had already been processed and a refund Would only be a partial refund as I have been in the room for 30 minutes That was...
