We decided to add a few days to the front end of our Branson/Silver Dollar City vacation with our 2 daughters. We wanted to bring our fishing boat and knew we wanted to stay at a lake in Arkansas and initially thought about staying at Bull Shoals, but upon researching the area saw Norfork lake on the map and began looking at and learning about it. We instantly became more interested in Norfork and knew that was the lake for our few extra bonus days! We wanted AWESOME lake views and after looking and looking for a place to stay, decided on Three Oaks Resort. We were NOT disappointed!! It was everything and more than we ever expected. The panoramic views of the lake were exactly what we were looking for, and the trolley that takes you down to the lake and back up was a blast, our girls loved it!! The owners were every bit as wonderful as the lake views, too, very very accommodating and as helpful as a family member would be! He even drove our truck and trailer back to the resort for us after dropping us off at the boat ramp, just super nice and helpful! The pool was clean and our daughters loved the miniature put put course. It's a help yourself, come and go atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home :) Did I mention the private boat dock that guests get to use?? The owner has an under water light at the dock that attracts fish, and we spent 2 nights fishing down there... It was neat to see the fish start coming up to the light! Our cabin was nice and clean and had everything in it you need for a comfy stay....We also really like the history of this place and loved looking at older pics of the resort, very neat! We will DEFINITELY be back any chance we get!!|John, Lori, Taylor...
Read moreAlways a wonderful experience when our whole family stays at the Three Oaks every year for our week long getaway, been coming for the last 20 years or so. There’s a dock, 12 bay or so, on the resort with a trolley that takes you down to it. Fishing is great, plenty of sunfish biting in the day and bass, crappie, and walleye bite in the evening and all through the night. Deer come right up to the cabins and are always hanging around, a heron regularly visits the dock while we’re sitting down there, as well as a pair of ducks. Laundry machines on site are super convenient, as well as the pavilion for us all to hang out next to the pool. The kids love the mini golf course as well. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and they are so very kind. Although the hosts are on site, they give you your privacy. We had to stop in the office for an extra blanket for one of our kids sleeping on the couch, and a little while later while sitting on the porch, one of the hosts rode up with about 4 more blankets fresh out of the dryer to ensure none of the other kids were getting cold. Overall a very comfortable, cozy, and homey feeling place with the best hosts and awesome fishing. Will most definitely continue coming...

It had all the amenities of home(shower no bathtub) Every morning we got up, it was nice to walk out on the deck and see the deer walking around.
