They have a Genuine Mountain Man full timing it there in a tent. Given it was in the 20's overnight there is no doubt as to being an Authentic Mountain Man. You might ask for a picture with em. Owner was helping foreign tourists figure out there RV when we got there. They lent us a grille to use and the clean site had firewood. The full trash cans were emptied in the AM. Good rate for full RV hook ups. At the end of the day it's a great location to overnight before driving on the scenic road (northbound) in daylight. Phone only (worked good) but very spotty data/texting Verizon. Didn't appear wireless was on or offered. RVing so all other amenities are not reviewed.

Full hook ups on gravel pads with both pull through and back in sites. Naturita is a very small town and has that small town feel. Some trees. The park is on the main road through town but noise was never an issue since there’s not that much traffic. There is no fence around the park but with that small town atmosphere we felt very safe. Easy walking distance to coffee, a grocery store, pizza place, and liquor store.

Needs lots and lots of improvement Working man RV park.....NOT FOR RECREATION! Messy, cramp, disorder, Roach infested. The area seemingly interesting, especially in light of the documentary about the area. The 2hr drive on Co141 is beautiful..BUT we cut our vacation short after epic failure with an Airbnb Host @ this RV park...

We called ahead a few days to make sure there would be space for us in a spot without a lot of tree cover so our satellite TV would receive. We got a great spot that was gravel and quite level. We were checked in by a very nice woman (Lloyd's wife? I apologize that I did not get her name) and then greeted by Lloyd who helped us get settled in. The park offers free wifi and had a very strong signal. There is a nice, clean coin operated laundry room with 3 washers & 3 dryers. There is a private bathroom & shower for guests as well. ||||The Visitor Center is next door to the RV park but Lloyd is a fountain of information about the area. We wanted to go to Gateway to see the auto museum that is part of the resort there. Lloyd told us about every point of interest between Naturita and Gateway and he was spot on about the beauty of the drive. It rivaled anything we've seen in Utah. We asked about getting gas and he recommended going 4 miles up the road to Nucla where gas was cheaper. Naturita itself has a couple of restaurants. The market and liquor store are right across the street.||||Park residents included a sweet kitty that also greeted us and there was a very friendly basset hound who came around from time to time. We enjoyed them a lot too. ||||We appreciated our stay and the area very much. ...

We purchased this Rv Park in May of 2022. ||Due to bad reviews it is now called Rimrocker Adventures Rv park. ||||Our guests will encounter a newly remodeled store, clean showers and restrooms. ||3 pairs of brand new coin operated washer and dryers. And wifi thorough the park. ||||All sites have been cleaned up from the years of neglect and new rocks has been spread throughout the sites. ||||We will be planting trees, adding picknick tables and fire rings as we can get them due to supply issues as these items are difficult to get. ||||We still have lots of work to do to get this Rv park 100% but it is now clean, quite with amenities for travelers. ||||We have accommodations for nightly, weekly and monthly guests. With 30 and 50 Amp services. ||||We are in walking distance from the store, visitor center, library, gas station, liquor store and a brand new...

Traveling full-time in a 42-foot coach we have stayed in over 400 RV Parks. This is a terribly neglected and unmanned rv park. We made reservations with the owner two-months in advance and paid-in-full before our arrival. However, when we arrived the owner was nowhere to be found. Not only did he not have a site saved for us, his phone just rang-and-rang. While walking around looking for the owner, we saw only one empty site that would barely accommodate our rig. After talking with a full-time resident (who advised us to take the site before it was gone), we took it. This place wins the award as the worst place ever! It was unlevel and muddy, with dog poop everywhere. Do NOT...
