Reelfoot Lake — Hotel in New Madrid

Sheila and Andrew Taylor bought this place during the summer and are working to update it from the previous owner. The place was pleasant and clean with a nicely stocked kitchen, although a previous guest had swiped the salt and pepper! The bed was comfy and the Taylors were about as helpful and accommodating as anyone could ask without being intrusive. We loved them and the place and will definitely go back. Weather wasn't great while we were there, but that wasn't their fault. They are still doing good things with the place. The Blue Bank Resort is my little slice of heaven...I love this place!
