This is my second visit to the Blue Bank, and I've not been disappointed either visit. They have an excellent bar with a selection of unusual and craft beers (along with your favorite domestics). The menu varied; yes, they have catfish, but they have so much more! I tried the red snapper with crawfish and was almost licking my plate when I was done. The stuff shrimp were a great appetizer. Prices were very reasonable. Gravel parking lot with a short walk to the restaurant (think about any members of your party with mobility issues -- it's not too far, but you might want to drop them off). Dining is available inside or on the deck; the inside can get a bit noisy, but it was okay. Our waitress provided great service, and the quality food was outstanding. What a great, beautiful, out of the way restaurant. Call early for reservations! They fill up quickly!

Our waitress was really sweet, and very accommodating. She was really personable, and on top of her service. Every item that we ordered from the appetizers to the main course was prepared so well, that I was already anticipating when we would be coming back! Even the complementary bread was baked to perfection with a delicious sweet flavor, and it came with strawberry butter that they make at the establishment, and it tastes amazing! I had two cocktails, and both were blended to perfection. The next time that I'm in Tennessee I will probably be bringing some friends with me to experience how delightful the dining experience is at this establishment. I gotta take some pictures next time too...

This fishing camp is somewhat of a secret about 2 hours northeast of Memphis Tn. My family and i went on a day trip to Reelfoot lake. This restaurant's menu surprised us with versatility. Kids had chicken tenders and a burger. The h Burger patty was so thick and juicy it garnered a positive response from my teenage son. I ordered the blackened catfish with mashed potatoes my godit was flavorful spice and fresh from the ocean. My husband order the Redfish with grits!!! Honey these were the best grits I ever had... The best! If your out this way fishing or camping near Union city this is a must stop!! Oh i forgot its the only venue in the area with a full bar.

Hmm, what to say about this place...

I was excited to try them after reading other reviews but I have to say I was a little surprised. The service was ok. It started off with them not having the beer I ordered, that was on their menu. I'll let that one slide considering all the supply chain issues. Next the food. I ordered the Redfish New Orleans, which was actually pretty good. The big problem was the green beans my son and I both ordered a a side. They were so salty that I wanted to spit them back on my plate. My son ate for a while after trying his and said everything still tasted salty to him after trying them. Neither one of us touched them again. It did take a while to get the salty taste out of my mouth. I really thought someone must have accidentally spilled salt in them or something, it was that bad.

I told the waitress that she might want to let the kitchen know. She didn't offer to bring us something different or ever mention it again. Later, the manager came by a he was checking on everyone. I told him also. He just said, "oh yeah, that's just the way she makes them". Still no offer of a different side or anything, that was it.

It's not overly expensive, but it's not a cheap place. Did not meet my...

Of all the restaurants I have been to, across 40 plus states this has to be the worst. The hostess, and waitress were very sweet, but the rest was horrible. We had to wait nearly 40 minutes, while the place was nearly empty, just to get a table. Waited another 40 minutes for an appetizer to come out. It was catfish bites, but honestly they tasted like they soaked them in toilet water and they were ridiculously chewy. After a while a little boy stopped to ask if there was anything else we needed. We jokingly responded, yeah our food. He proceeded to lecture us on the exact time it had been since we got there, along with it takes an hour to cook a hamburger as it their most difficult item to prepare. As the argument he instigated progressed, we were basically told he would love it if we would just leave. So all in all almost 2 hours of waiting for a little sweetness to ask us to leave. On the way out, we tried to speak with the owner (his father) who was in a stained t-shirt and weighed roughly 600 pounds. He shrugged his shoulders and said bye. All in all, you would be better off eating from a Porta potty. We were warned by neighbor campers to not go there, but lessons...
