Love this RV Park!!!

Location is only a few minutes from the beach, but this park is quiet and peaceful.

The park has an amazing management team who are friendly, thoughtful and know all the residents here. They are as accomodating as a very busy, full park can be.

The park is nearly all 55+, wonderful people who look out for one another. Quiet hours are 10 pm (it's quiet much earlier than that) through 8 am. The most I hear early are sometimes people walking their dogs, but nothing loud. Everyone is extremely respectful of others for the most part.

I'm a traveling nurse and enjoy the proximity of the park to shopping, grocery store ( publix), restaurants, and of course Starbucks and the beach. Walmart is about 10 minutes away, and to go down on the beach is only about 10 minutes too... less usually. Post office is about 5 minutes away too, although they pick up at the mail room as well.

You can see space shuttle launches here, go in to town for canal Street markets, and participate in one of literally hundreds of activities a week. Orlando is about an hour, Daytona speedway 20-25 minutes.

This park is situated well- The only time I've ever heard the non stop buzz of motorcycles has been during bike week in October- but even that isn't as bad as in town! If that's not your thing, don't schedule a visit in October 😘 They do have storage, which is very reasonable.

Pool is really maintained well, as are the rest rooms + showers. They are incredibly clean. Laundry is great as well; shuffleboard is up front. I think in the back of the pool area is a common area or gathering area too. It's very spacious. Internet is available but it's not great- but cable TV is in the rv sites which is pretty cool.

Getting here is easy but yes, GPS does route you to a private drive- clearly that's the fault of Google, and people who don't report the error to Google- not this park. 🙄 It's an excellent RV park worth a few mobile homes in it, nothing super fancy but a...

Not recommended if you have kids, even older kids. It was very evident that this campground caters to the elderly/empty nesters. Kids under 14 are not allowed to leave your campsite without an adult. We were camped right by the front of the park and my 11 year old son was more than capable of walking across the road to the bathroom, but it wasn’t allowed. He wasn’t even allowed to go to the pool with my 16 year old. I used the fitness room which apparently is for people 21 and older. Even though I was in there working out, my 16 year old was not allowed to be with me. She wasn’t even using any equipment, simply just sitting there talking to me and They literally came in and said she had to leave. There are no change machines for the washer and dryer and the camp office closes at 4:30pm. This also means the fitness room closes at 4:30pm. Again, because they cater the older adults who probably aren’t doing much after 4:30 anyway. Nothing was super attractive about the entire campground. Kind of run down. And if it rains, almost every site floods. Most have cement patio pads, but we were put on one of the only sites without one. They knew we were coming with kids so..... ||Basically we were there for 7 days and ended up just using it as a place to park our camper and come back to sleep. Spent most of our days at the beach with hundreds of more pleasant people than the ones who work here. Price was decent, but not worth it. Next time we will spend the money to be somewhere else that our kids feel...

This is a great campground. It's clean and quiet. While we've been here there's been the typical Florida afternoon storms. Staff here has been cleaning up any debris that's fallen (mostly palm branches) right away and the roads have been kept clean as well. The pool area is clean. The front laundry is clean. They have a great system for mail delivery. They don't mind packages being delivered and post last names on a white board in the office which makes checking for your packages quick and easy! The proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach is great. Everyone is incredibly friendly here. So much so that we started out with a month booked and very quickly added another. We will definitely be back soon!!

We rented a cabin here last year and all went well. Called Monday 2/19 and tried to reserve 5 cabins for Mother's Day weekend. The woman who took my call said she would call me back to let me know how much it would be as she didn't have access to the computer at the moment. Well I never received a call. I called back today 3/21 just to have the woman tell me that they wouldn't be able to give me any cabins because "another family usually comes around that time" and they are going to keep the cabins available for them.

Quiet, laid back, clean, well maintained RV park with lots of of pull thru sites. Bathrooms and laundry clean, safe to use at any time. Shade or full sun sites with good Wi-Fi thruout the park. Dog friendly, no fenced in dog walk however. Dog park is not far and New Smyrna beach has a dog beach. Does not have on site store, but Winn-Dixie and a new Publix is just down Old Mission Rd. 1/2 hour to Daytona, 1 hour to St. Augustine.
