It pains me to write this review, Oceana has been our families go to beach getaway for over two decades. I wanted to do something special for my moms 80th birthday. What better that to take her to our home away from home? I went on the website, chose my two nights, even selected an ocean front condo on the 5th floor. Was given a total cost for two nights plus all taxes. Entered my card info and agreed to the terms, then an error message popped up saying my stay didn't meet minimum requirements! This is the first anything was stated about min stay. Says nothing on the website, nothing on the reservation page, I was allowed me to book and select 2 nights. I reached out to the property management company. Brittany was very sweet and understanding of my frustration. She gave her manager email, Stefanie, and suggested I reach out to her. I did. Stefanie responded and said they were going to upgrade their website and she would put this "on the list." She stated she would not honor my request for a two night stay. BUT I could wait until a couple days before and maybe she could then. I was very surprised of the lack of good business and customer service. I guess this is what happens when a third party company takes over. They don't care about keeping and gaining customers. Gone are the years of calling the front desk and speaking to the same gentleman that we have seen behind the counter for years, who knows your favorite condo.
