The campground overall is okay. Sites are somewhat small and many were damp. The rangers and hosts and volunteers are very nice and the facilities are clean. The beach parking lot was very convenient. Our site, D12, was one of the worst campsites I’ve had in an Oregon State park. Tiny and basically a mud pit right on the main road with no space between us and our neighbor. More of a trailer park situation. And that was before it rained, after which it was more of a mud puddle. Walking around, it might be the worst in the D loop so you will mostly do better than this site. This site would have been a 1-star, but most of the sites, although small, are more of a 3.

Beverly Beach State Park Campground is a great place to stay. There are a lot of people here because the campground is pretty big at this location, so a lot more people do end up really close to you, and some of the campgrounds do not have privacy bushes. Luckily, we got one with privacy bushes. It has easy access to the beach and hiking trails. The bathrooms are terrible. They are really outdated and disgusting-looking. The rangers and volunteers are really nice and friendly and ready to help whenever you need it.

This was our first time at this campground. Such a beautiful and wonderful place to host Cousins Camp. Not only was the area great and full of things to do, the rangers/volunteers were amazing! I can't remember the name of the one who helped me figure out the car registrations situation (we had a lot of vehicles) but thank you so much for your patience! You helped someone from the Dark Side even though you were part of the Resistance and I am forever grateful.

If you like car alarms, dog fights, rude neighbors blaring music, leaving disco lights on the jeeps all night and tons of obnoxious kids constantly invading your very small barely private campsite this is the place for you. While it's beautiful, close to many fun locations and the staff are friendly, this is not a peaceful relaxing camping experience. I admit I'm biased, I'm used to dispersed camping and enjoying nature the right way but I needed a vacation after spending...
