Moore's Log Cabins — Hotel in Newport

Hidden GEM!!! Wow. We were amazed and so please by our stay at Moore’s Log Cabins. We stayed in the Honeybear Cabin. It had everything we needed. The fire place and inside:outside jacuzzis were wonderful and very clean.

Our cabin overlooked the mountains and the horse farm. It was a joy to wake up and feed the horses; they are the friendliest horses I have ever seen:) The cabin had a grill and a fire pit stocked with wood too.

The cabin was only 20 min from Gatlinburg and had many hiking trails near by if you didn’t feel like traveling.

Janie Moore was so kind and helpful. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. We raved all week about how wonderful our experience was and it was super affordable too!!

My husband was literally just called a "crook ass mother F" by Mike Moore!!! We have had extreme sickness in our family are were not able to make it to our reservations. We tried to call three times to cancel the reservations and the phone was busy every time we called. When they called to check in with us later this evening we told them we had tried calling several times. He called my husband a F* liar! I would not recommend ANYONE do business with these people! My poor husband owns a business and has NEVER been spoken to so RUDELY AND UNPROFESSIONALLY!!!! What a disgrace to...

This place is unbelievable. I figured it would be nice but our cabin ( the honey bear) was amazingly wonderful! Our son is 10 months an this was our first family vacation and we plan on making it our tradition. We did not wanna leave. We are OK with saying that we would be happy living right there in the cabin. The owners definitely make u feel like you're on vacation, all u need is your clothes an toothbrush. The cabins are complete with ALL appliances, honestly everything that you could possibly need is right there. We are already planning on going bck in a few weeks. LOVE...
