I will start down the list of the many issues. Firstly every single outlet was overloaded and the only way to plug in a phone charger by the bed was an extension cord underneath the bed. The towels were very stiff and did not absorb water very well like they had been washed too many times. There were only two towels and two wash clothes in the room. The room was extremely tiny with no room to walk around. The thermostat was behind the TV. They only clean the room if you call a phone number. The parking lot is tiny definitely no room for a trailer and makes it hard to park larger trucks. It is right off the main road in noel so there is constant traffic. The front of the room by the road is a large window by the door and only has a single curtain so it feels like there's no privacy. Whenever I turned on the shower brown rust colored water came out. I was staying there for work and I washed my hands and dried them on the hand towel which got a little bit of dirt on it. They sent me a text at 7:30 at night telling me they would charge me for a soiled towel apparently that you can wash towels. I've stayed at many many hotels/motels and this is the first one that threatened to charge me for dirty towels. For the price I would definitely not recommend staying here. If you are looking to vacation in noel there are several cheaper and nicer hotels in neosho. Also if you have a service dog they do not abide by the laws. A co-worker of mine was going to stay here as well but they would not let him stay with his service dog even though he has all of the paperwork...

The owner said it looked like paint. We didnt have paint. While I was being chastised by the owner over the paint it was also brought up that the door was left wide open on checkout. I am a bit OCD about safety so I'm confident we didn't leave the door open. The owner suggested the wind blew it open which made my mama heart stop beating just thinking of all the things that could've happened. It is terrifying to think my 6 year old and I spent two nights at this motel where the doors can blow open. We were at anyones mercy with the faulty doors our entire stay. Thankfully, I don't think anyone entered and stole anything nor did they push the door open to harm us. I can say we won't be staying at this motel again. It was clean enough but the safety issue is a big no if you have kiddos or bring anything with you. The accusatory attitude of the owner also left a gross taste in my mouth. Conversations should've been much more professional. All in all, I'm thankful I was about to visit my sister in Noel but future visits will be spent somewhere safer with friendlier staff...
Read moreIf i could give it a half a star i would.. but i imagine if you are just passing through and need a place to stay for the night this would be a ok. If you like paper thin walls (like literally you can have 3 guys whispering insidewalk outside and shut the door and hear everyword they say) Barely enough water pressure to make it out of the shower head. Owners that would rather kick out 4 rooms of people that paid for a whole weekend and refuse to refund their money because a lady that stayed there one night was complaining that we were to loud for her baby to sleep aven after our group left and went to a bar and came back and moved from the dock area to the sign way out by the road. No ice machine one bag of ice per day per room with no refrigerators in the rooms. As well as being located rite across the river from a large camp ground with parties going on along the riverside so complete silence is kind of impossible.
The rooms were clean A/C was cold, Beautiful deck down by the river,
But thats about all of the good things i have to say about it. Wont ever...
