While I used to love this place when it opened. I enjoyed it even more as it was always a great spot to play the odds. It never felt like it was always against you. Unfortunately with their progress, they are opening another Hotel and the construction here is atrocious. We had a very difficult time attempting to find a parking place. That’s if you could figure out where or how to get to the casino. There wasn’t any signs helping direct the traffic to welcome players. After driving around a few times, we just parked at the hotel and walked our way in and around. Once we were in, it seemed different than what I remember. While we didn’t win, there was no service here, no ice for our drinks, and the Icee machine was liquified. It’s definitely gotten bigger and was difficult to get my bearings as to where we were due to it. I got turned around a few times inside trying to find my partner. Guess that’s just the name of the game as you get bigger. It wasn’t clean with all the construction going on, especially leading you to and from. Just seems like they have dropped the ball from where they were and it’s a shame. Used to enjoy coming here. Hope it helps. Until next time. Edit: There’s no cellphone service while inside.

Our stay here was fantastic from start to finish! We stayed in the Seven Clans Hotel thanks to a complimentary night we had available. Our room was clean, smoke-free and the bed was very comfortable. We had dinner at Big Sky Steakhouse and it was absolutely delicious!! We tried the Lobster Mac & Cheese - just the right amount of lobster and super cheesy. I ordered the Lamb Chops with buttery mashed potatoes and asparagus - cooked to perfection and so flavorful. My daughter ordered the Cajun Seafood Pasta (crawfish, shrimp and crab meat) over angel hair pasta in a garlicky sauce - I snuck a bite just to try - yummy!! Decently priced in my opinion for the quality and amount of food that you get. Will definitely eat there again! We arrived on a Saturday evening, place was crowded and the atmosphere was great. Seemed like people were having a great time. Lots of machines were busy but I was able to play a few of my favorites and got lucky for the most part. Check-in to the hotel was very fast and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

I stayed in the red shoes R.V. park. I took the shuttle over to the casino. The service is very fast, and people are extremely friendly and willing to help. The dog park is huge. My dogs forlicked around and had fun. Not just a place for them to do their business. This park is really efficient. They told me it would be 5 minutes for my shuttle to arrive and take me to the casino. It was 3 minutes. I played the slot machines and actually walked away with $20! I usually lose. The casino is clean. There is a no smoking section. I ate at the Res had a glass of Cabaret. Delicious. I wish I knew what they were pouring. I forgot to ask. Served in a stemless red wine glass that was at least eight ounces, if not more. The amount was probably why I forgot. I had a burger and fries. It was a lot of beef. I left feeling happy I came to stay at a Casino RV park. Today is Wednesday, and it wasn't crowded.

Review of the Casino Experience**

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service and dedication shown by your casino. When planning our visit, we tried calling other casinos to learn about amenities for children, but yours was the only one that promptly answered the phone—which speaks volumes about your attention to customer service! This simple act of responsiveness convinced me to drive an extra hour, and I’m so glad I did. Upon arrival, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Gabriel, my server, deserves a special shout-out for his outstanding kindness and professionalism. I’ll admit, I’m typically not partial to male servers, but Gabriel truly made our dining experience memorable. His thoughtful care made me feel valued and comfortable throughout. Because of his exceptional service, I’m already planning to visit again—and I’ll undoubtedly bring friends and family along. One highlight of the trip was Kid Quest—a true blessing. As a parent of a special child, I’m always wary of trusting anyone with his care. However, your staff reassured me with their professionalism, kindness, and ability to create a safe and fun environment for him. He had an absolute blast and is already asking when he can return. I truly appreciate the dedication your staff shows toward making every child feel safe, valued, and happy. That said, I must address one concern during our visit. Unfortunately, one arcade employee exhibited behavior that was highly unprofessional and downright unsettling. This individual made my wife uncomfortable by holding onto our son's arcade card and demanding we say "the magic word" before releasing it. I witnessed this interaction and immediately intervened—it was unacceptable and unbefitting of a child-friendly establishment. His demeanor left my wife deeply uneasy, and it made me question the safety of the arcade area. Thankfully, I was assured this person had no access to Kid Quest, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to restore our trust and confidence. Overall, apart from this isolated incident, my experience at your casino was nothing short of incredible. Your team’s commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere is commendable, and I cannot thank you enough for making our stay enjoyable and safe. I will certainly be returning—and bringing others along to share in this...

Although we had an overall enjoyable experience, there is still much needed improvement in the hotel, casino, and Dream Pool. The hotel staff was polite and professional, and the rooms were clean. Our room, however, had a clogged, slow draining hand sink. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was large and luxurious. The lack of a microwave in the room was inconvenient and disappointing. I assume it is too force you to purchase on-site food. Another disappointment and inconvenience was the fact that we were not allowed to use a luggage dolly on our own. I asked my son to go retrieve one from the front desk area so we could load our belongings and walk them to the car. The front desk staff told him he was not allowed to take it, and if we wanted one, we had to call the front desk in advance. They would then dispatch one to the room with a bell person. Needless to say, we left that morning toting our luggage and personal belongings in hand. As we left the front desk, staff just stared at us worth not even a good morning or thank you for staying. On to the casino. The gaming is good. There are plenty of one armed bandits to choose from. The table games could be a bit more enter level friendly. The $10 - 15 per hand tables are definitely lacking space. The biggest drawback to the overall gaming experience is the lack of a decent ventilation system. At peak attendance, one can hardly breathe from the excessive cigarette smoke hanging in the air. The non-smoking gaming accommodations are meager, and the machines in that area don't seem to offer the same payout opportunities as you find in the larger smoking section of the casino. We ate at Noodles and also at The Terrace Restaurants. The servers are poorly trained in both venues, but the food and pricing are reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food served. The Dream Pool is pretty well maintained, and the bar staff does a great job. It is really hard to understand in this day and age why cigarette smoking is allowed at the bar on the water side of the bar. I don't care about outdoor smoking in a public area, but ashes in the pool and overflowing ashtrays at the bar is disgusting. I hope they will consider changing this policy. We will probably visit again someday because our kids like the Dream Pool, it is a great perk of staying...

I'm here for an event at the Coushatta Pavilion and staying in the 7 Tribes hotel at the Coushatta. The shuttle service is great! The drivers are friendly, they're quick and clean. The rooms are nice with mini fridge available. The beds aren't top notch, but I had a great night's sleep so that's a win. I did notice a STRONG urine smell around the toilet. It's very off-putting. The TV is on it's last leg with a large dark spot in the middle of the screen. But still watchable

I've never been to a casino before and the "service" there is why I put 3 stars.

I got my players card and was handed instructions for how to operate it at the machines. But I was not told how to add money to the card to continue playing. I went to the casino host and told her I'd never been to a casino and would like to know how to keep playing. She said "Just get more money out of an ATM and put it in any of the machines." I was confused because I didn't understand how it would be put on my card (remember I'm a complete novice). Seeing my confused face she said "You don't put it on your card, you put the cash directly into the machine. All of the machines are equipped to do it." I still didn't understand but she kept saying "it'll work" so I just left. After going through the motions I NOW understand that to play anything you always have to insert your card first, so whatever cash you put in the machine "gets put on" your card. What I don't understand is how to leave a machine without cashing out. Do you always have to cash out? Can it be left on your card as a credit to play at another machine? I never found out. Then my new problem was what to do with the cash out tickets. Luckily I found a machine that said "ticket redemption" but I wasn't sure what to do because there are a lot of slots and not much instruction. I watched someone else do it and that's how I figured that out. Also, if your cash out is less than a dollar you just lose it because the machine doesn't give change. For someone completely new to all things casino I felt very uncomfortable and this experience only convinced me that the casino is not a place for me. The staff spoke kindly but ultimately didn't help me at all and made me feel like a moron. At least the hotel is...
