My stay at Lupine Campground was a truly immersive experience in nature. Nestled among tall pines with direct access to the shores of Bass Lake, the campground offered a peaceful setting that felt both secluded and connected to the beauty around it. The campsites were spacious, with enough privacy and shade to feel comfortable, and the proximity to the water made it easy to enjoy early morning swims or quiet evening strolls by the lake. Even though it was a popular spot, the campground maintained a serene atmosphere, making it a perfect place for unwinding and disconnecting from daily life.

Nothing to write home about. Camping feels like it needs some care (not leveled sites...). I guess in the summer should be nice near the lake. We made reservation for two days, and coming there we wanted to shorten it to one day - but no one really to talk to (campground host said she dont have computer so she can't take care of the change, and the company that in charge of the reservation said they can't change it once we arrived at the campground...).

The hosts were a very nice couple, taking good care of the campground. Most people in the camping come there for the water sports and beach on the lake, and more people stay up later than in most hiker-dominated campgrounds. Some of the sites are very difficult with tents, it's very rocky. But many tent sites have lake view and it's beautiful

We just got back from camping here over the weekend. We had site 104. Overall it was a very pretty campground, however, the website showed only one site available so we booked it. Not sure why because we saw MANY open sites and most were better than ours. Some of the sites are very close together. Our neighbors on both sides were very close. There was a very large group just two sites down from us with dogs that barked at all hours and kids up running around and screaming very early in the mornings. Overall had a good time just look at the map and don't get a site with...
