King David Lodge F & A M — Hotel in Oklahoma City

This place is very dirty inside, the dry stinky smell coming in really told it all, I asked Mr. Simpkins at the contract signing if he could clean up some and put some kind of smell good out for the odor and he didn't even try to do any cleaning for your rental. The kitchen was dirty. The bathrooms was horrifying, thank God we thought to bring cleaning supplies, gloves, toilet paper and paper towels. Both were so nasty 🤢 I just cleaned the women's bathroom good for all of us to use. Very extremely disappointed ☹️ The only reason I went ahead and rented the building is because it was 2 days before our event and we didn't have time to change up. They don't even have outside Trash cans, he told us to pile the trash in the kitchen by the back door on the inside and he would come by and take it out. Come on Mr Simpkins y'all charge $75 per hour, there is no way y'all should rent out that building without cleaning it all up for the rental 👎 NEVER EVER again for our Family Get2Gather, we are not nasty or ghetto, fortunately we do care, but had no choice this time. We just had to make the best out of a nasty situation, but you don't expect to rent out a venue, then having to come in and do that type of cleaning up. We really should get every penny of our money back because it most definitely should be FREE! I'm going to leave that one alone cause I know it would be a waste of time...
