The Storybook Inn of Kidron — Hotel in Orrville

Our family had the pleasure of staying at the Storybook Inn this past weekend. We found the Inn to be very clean and beautiful inside. The Inn featured all the amazing original woodwork you would expect in a country Inn (which gave it a real cozy feel), with all the modern touches we enjoy very like high-end bathroom sinks/tub/showers and kitchen appliances, comfortable furniture and TV/cable. Our kids really enjoyed seeing the book themes throughout the inn and the reading nook. Very nice front porch! We would highly recommend staying at the Inn and we would do it again if we ever get the chance. Last thing, the location was great, and the people in the area were very friendly. Very short walking distance to a HUGE Amish-type store that sells a bit of everything (old fashioned sodas (and weird flavored sodas like mustard, ketchup, chocolate, coffee-cake etc..), toys, fudge, Amish gifts, puzzles, appliances, clothing, tools, mini museums,.....) that you could spend hours in. This Inn is nothing short of amazing! It is located in the center of the quiet downtown of Kidron Ohio. So you can be hidden in plain sight. You can easily come and go, but have the goodwill of a gracious town who wishes for you all good things. Just a short walk for the town park where there are nature trails to hike and right across from Lehman's Hardware, there is plenty to do here to keep you busy. We booked this house for a family trip. It was so clean. We felt right at home. All three bedrooms are upstairs, so it was perfect for our family with kids. There's a grocery store across the street, along with a restaurant (in the basement) where we grabbed breakfast in the morning. We walked across the street to Lehman's Hardware (it's that close).
