Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Osceola AR — Hotel in Osceola

The hotel room was disgusting. I have never stayed in a room so dirty and I would have left had I not been driving for 8 hours that day and so exhausted I couldn’t continue to drive safely anymore.

This room was clearly not cleaned or kept up.The bed had wrinkles as if someone had laid on top of the bed, hairs all over the toilet, bath tub, and even in the counter with the sink. It’s like someone once used a dirty towel to simply wipe over things leaving little hairs everywhere. I am not sure if it was on purpose or what would cause someone to leave a room looking like this.

Spider webs were in the corners of the room and I was bitten during the night by the many mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least 5 mosquitoes in the room. You can see the squished bugs on the walls if you would go inspect the room. It’s obvious I was not the only victim of these bugs because there were several dead bugs that were left on the walls by previous people in the room as well.

There were ring spots with some type of liquid on top of the TV table. I can’t even begin to describe the carpet and the flooring, visually soiled with dirt and trash.

Truly one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed and will certainly reconsider before choosing a Holiday Inn Express for future stays.

As a leader of an organization, I would do an on site visit to this facility and clean house; I would not only clean the rooms but the staff failing to do their jobs in maintaining a clean establishment.

Holiday Inn should be ashamed, absolutely ashamed of...

I chose this hotel as it was on the closest exit and I needed to rest my head somewhere. The front desk lady was friendly enough but the hotel itself was not well lit, and when I drove around to the side my room was located on, there was a scorched ,burned up truck, and one of the outdoor lights was flashing, and my room was next to what looked to be a cook out area that left much room for improvement ,setting the stage for a scary ole time. I walked into room, and room smelled of bleach and mildew. The outside wall behind the chair ,next to old air conditioner, had a huge indentation leading one to believe there had been something that happened in that room and making it better there were old dirty cobwebs around the air conditioner. The room phone did not work, the remote to the TV did not work, while the room was mostly clean, outside of the beat up walls, I didn't feel safe there and slept with chairs pushed up to the door and waited for day light.while some may be asking why didnt i just leave, i was traveling alone and cant see well at night. It was an emergency pull off and given the options and recognizing the chain name, I thought it was the better option....

Terrible experience. My wife and I stayed here last night. The place was disgusting. The lady who checked us in was nice, but the hotel quality is awful. It looked like the entrance door to our room had been kicked into the wall (by the look of the partial repair job), the bathroom door frame was broken, the walls had different levels of damage on every wall in the place, filth in every corner and the coffee pot and toilet unclean We unfortunately made our reservation on the road and went to dinner before we checked the room out, we were in shock, but it was late, the lot was full and the girl was locked in the building so we simply decided to make sure the bed was clean enough to tolerate for a few hours of sleep. Which was interrupted by an upstairs resident who paced the floor most of the night. The lady we spoke with in the morning about our experience was kind but she pointed out a policy that they gives guests 2 hours to decide to stay or not, which she said they only have to offer 15 minutes who even has a policy like that ?
