This is such a nice campground. There are 22 campsites in the main area withseveral handicap sites and a group site. There is also an area for overflow camping. This campground fills up. We were there for 3 nights and every day the sites were full. The main campground has free showers but the showers near the handicap and group site cost 25 cents for 5 minutes. Those showers are in individual rooms. The camp is very clean as well as the bathrooms. The cost for the sites is reasonable. We were out of state so we paid $20 per night. If you are a Nevada resident, you pay $15 per night. You can park in your site and hike from there throughout the park. We can't...

Great campground. Awesome trails, and all are Dog friendly. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the states lack of employee's to care for the park. When we first got here, there were two guys that cleaned the park, raked the leaves, cleaned out the firepits, and most importantly, cleaned and stalked the bathroom. We've been here 8 days, and the men's room ran out of toilet paper on a Friday night, just when the park was filling up with campers. I'm not sure why the guys haven't been back for 5 days, but it's time the state hired some new employees, even if it's only part-time. Today is Sunday, and the woman's room is almost...

love this campground! peaceful and beautiful place to rest & take some nice walks with gorgeous views. electric and fire pits at sites and water available within campground. showers are free for campers and clean. dump station does what it needs to. took some AMAZING night sky shots. highly reccomend here! dog- and bike- friendliness are huge pluses! & if you cant get a site, there is overflow camping available. if you do stay here, i reccomend be mindful to turn off outdoor lights when you go to sleep. a lot of people come here for the dark skies but there isnt a lot of signage explaining to help keep...
