It's actually a cute room. We've had dirty rooms after 50 years of life together. But a jerk is not tolerable. The supposed owner, Mike, seemed odd at first, and then, after a few interactions, it became obvious that he hates people, at least us. We (myself, my wife, and our 2 granddaughters) were the only people in the hotel for the entire 3 day stay. I admit it felt strange when he "busted me" (that's the way he made me feel, at least), rinsing my feet from the sand before I entered the room. Lol. Upon arrival, my wife found black hair balls in the shower drain (full sized brillo-balls). We asked for additional washcloths & towels. There were 4 of us, so we should have a set for each person, right? Like on the reservation. But because my sweet wife needed to clean things like the toilet, the refrigerator, and the appliances (it was truly disgusting), we needed a few extra. We are water conscious people and intended to use the same linnens, bedding, and towels our entire stay. Again, there were 4 of us. There was a single pancake mix among the offerings in the room. Even though we were led to believe at least a continental type breakfast was part of the amenities, it was no big deal. So we asked for a few more of the single-mix bags. His response was, "It would be cheaper for me to go buy a box of mix for you." The pans had food dried to them. The dishes and flatware were not clean, so we asked for a few dishwasher pods to run a load. You would have thought that I asked to borrow his new boat. Lol We did not complain. Instead, we cleaned. The owner seemed like he had issues. We did not want to add to whatever he had going on. But when he confronted my wife , not me, saying "people like you are draining the river," it became fairly clear that the reason that things were not very clean is because he's not using enough water with washing linnens and fixtures, etc.. (see the attached pictures) Mike was RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, NOT SENSIBLE..... when i was not present, he attempted to enter the room saying, "You people leave now!" My sweetheart said no, you're not coming in, and we paid for a full stay, and a full stay is what we will get. The granddaughters said he looked like he was going to erupt. I'm guessing that asking for washcloths & towels is somehow an unreasonable use of his water (whatever). I'm sure that water (or his lack of use thereof) is the reason his towels are so dirty (see pictures) . This part is almost laughable He had the wrong WIFI password. Apparently, we were using the password written on the placard on the wall in the kitchen. So, because Mike said if you need anything, just text me. So 9:30pm I texted him about my issue and his response was that "there's a piece of paper with the password on the table, the office is open 9 o'clock to 9 o'clock". I said to myself, "Huh, okay!" Here's another funny, Mike must have been upset. At about 7:15 am. on our last day, he got after things with a leaf blower. No big deal, we needed to get up anyway. But when I went out to start the vehicle, I noticed that he had blown all of the surrounding GRIT up against the door, door mat & my shoes. So obvious. Poor Mike. Whatever could possibly be motivating such clear customer relations? My sweet wife is such a softy. She feels the guy has had a life crisis that has rendered him the jerk that has become. If that's the case, I'm not intending to trash the guy but instead give insite to someone that there's a possible bump in on the road to a great vacation if you stay here. My recommendation is to find a better place to stay. I have no idea how this place got 4 stars. I question that. Hey Mike, if you're reading this, I have a suggestion for you to either find something you like to do for a living or get some ministry. This is not working out well for anyone. After reading this guy's reply I am convinced he is a crackhead. Avoid this place.

We love this place! We have stayed in so many hotels during our years of traveling, usually in the popular chains, and Harbour Inn is roomier and has more comforts of home than any other hotel I can ever remember staying at. Denise is such a wonderful person, getting us by name without our introducing ourselves. We could not think of anything she could change to improve this place. There's even a waffle iron with all the fixings in the kitchen for breakfast!

Nice clean place, convenient kitchenettes. Great place to stay when visiting Parker - next to River, Havasu Springs, and Jeeping. 25 min to Lake Haavse. Mike is awesome and always cordial.

While traveling in a Tesla, my dad and I almost ran out of battery along side the road, as we were inexperienced Tesla drivers. We had rented one for fun on our vacation but didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into. As we were trying to make our way to the airport in Mesa from Lake Havasu we realized we didn’t have enough charge to get us to a supercharger and that we’d be stranded if we didn’t find somewhere to charge right away. The closest charger we could find was at this Inn. Despite it being early on a Sunday morning and us not being customers at the inn, the owner/manager helped us in a time of desperate need. He came out to speak to us right as we were about to plug in and while frustrated at first we quickly learned that his real concern was providing his quests with the best experience. As it turned out, we were not the first non customers to use the charger on his property during hours that most guests are asleep. Often times before Tesla drivers would drive onto the property to charge in the middle of the night causing lots of noise and disturbing the owner’s valued guests. It was understandable why he was upset and after explaining our dilemma to him he allowed us to use the charger at a fee. He even brought waters and snacks to us at the picnic table we sat at while waiting for the car to charge. While a stressful experience at first, I left very grateful for the grace and hospitality the owner had demonstrated. If I go back to this area I would absolutely stay at the Inn and to all the Tesla driver’s out there looking for a place to charge, Blue Water Casino down the road has EV chargers and it will save the kind owner from negative reviews about guests not getting adequate...

We stayed there the end of last Summer. The room was freshly remodeled inside as expected. We got there later around 11pm as advised. We had to wait 30 min to get our room because the owner had to come back to let un in from Havasu. He was friendly and apologetic. While our stay there we ran out of toilet paper and the room lacked silverware and other items. We called the owner and he told us where the storage room for toilet paper was and also advised that we can go get silverware from another room that was upstairs and not locked. We booked the room and was told we had access to a boat launch but was never told there was a key to a gate lock to be able to use the launch. When we launched the gate was open but when we came back to put the boat back on the trailer the gate was closed and locked. Lucky there was someone there to open the gate back up. When we checked out we complimented on the room and how nice it was. The owner said he would give us a free weekend for our troubles and said he would remember us. Well today I call to book the room. The owner (I did ask the person on the phone if he was the owner) was rude and said he never runs out of anything in the rooms and basically called me a liar. The rooms are nice, the price is fair but bring toilet paper, silverware and don’t rely on using the boat ramp across the street unless he...
