Would hear with a trip from serenity helicopters highly recommend them the best ever experience that I've ever had.their attention to detail from the inflight navigation and narration to the music align so perfectly well that I thought I was in a movie. I passed over it at the Hoover dam. If you go to Glenn dam on the north east at the start of the Grand Cannon there is an old crossing nearby. The Mormons called it Lee's Ferry and it was the only place to cross the river for many many miles. It was later a fort and has many buildings.

Back to the river.... I think Lee's Ferry is the only place you can park your vehicle and walk a few steps and wade in the Colorado River. ...which seldom reaches the ocean.

Btw... Mr. Lee - the ferry was named after - was killed in front of a firing squad for participating in a massacre where Mormons and Indians ganged up and attacked a non-mormon wagon train killing...

Stayed at the Riverside Casino on the 14th floor had an amazing view of the Colorado River it just keeps going up and down it along with the boats you can see the Arizona side no problem he's just a terrific trip if you're looking for a vacation site the Riverside Casino in Laughlin is it great for the family it's also got the hotel above the casino which was real nice I was on the 14th floor with a terrific view of the city and the river along with the Arizona side. Staff there is very friendly and goes out of their way to help people it's definitely a trip I want to take again and...
