This place was filthy! If I could have given zero stars I would but it doesn’t let you post without at least 1. Even though the woman at the front desk (who presumably lives on site because I don’t think it’s her name was Dixie, shown as operator under the licensed agreement. See photo). I left my shoes on when I was in the room because of the sand/dirt scuffing under my feet. I was traveling with a pet. Maybe that’s why my room was so crappy? My room looked nothing like the pictures posted on line. There was paint spatter on the curtains and walls. In the bathroom something had been spray painted with the wall as the backdrop and the spray paint around the item is still on the wall. The walls were stained. The paint had been rubbed off in paces from friction on the wall and maybe bed against it? There was visible dirt , especially in the corners on the floor. The anir filter hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time ans you can see the lint hanging out of it. All of these things may make one wonder why I considered staying. The most important thing to me was the bed. I’d been driving all day and the bed was clean and so comfy. I could deal with things not being pristine if the bed was good. ALSO, there is a sign at the front desk that stated that once you leave the office no refunds will be given. I brought my things in and began to get settled, heated food, enjoyed my meal, got ready for bed and put on the tv. About 15 minutes later cockroaches began to scurry over the tv screen. Apparently the heat from the running tv or sound vibrations had woken them up. I’d been in my room all of 2 hours at this point. I got dressed and put all of my things back in the car. I went to the front desk, key in hand, listing my complaints. The woman just stared at me from behind the glass, no response. I then told her I would make sure that everyone heard my complaints so that they knew exactly what kind of place this was. A new room does not mean no roaches! Please note in the photos that facing the bathroom door (both sides is coming off, ie the door is coming apart and the chain lock is broken off of the dirty door. My next step is to contact Knights Inn corporate office. A $10 or even $20 same on a room is not worth getting roaches!

Should have listened to the reviews. Horrible experience at this Knights Inn. First off, The guy working the front desk is SUPER unprofessional, and he's probably the owner of this hole, which is why he treats people the way he does. Came in at 1:30 requesting an early check in due to a long trip and he flat out said, I would have to charge you another day. Wow, for 30 minutes. Ok, I'll wait. Then, Literally grilling my wife about our service dogs. Then "threatening to sue her if she's lying about them. Luckily I was not in there or I would have taught this person a thing or two about how to treat people. Rooms are thrown together trash. Bugs on the floors, paint not completed. You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel. Not to mention the Crack heads literally smoking in the doorways of the "non-smoking" rooms, and this guy is grilling me. Handle your business. Def won't come back to this trash hole.

INCLUDED: A PHOTO OF THE RESPONSE TO ANOTHER 1 STAR REVIEW. AS A BUSINESS, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE COSTUMER SERVICE. Where to start, I hate everything about it the pictures that I’m posting are from an $84 room with three beds. There was water damage on the ceiling and it looked like the stucco is actually falling and mold from the water damage on the ceiling and on the carpet underneath the AC. There’s hardly enough room to use the bathroom comfortably. There’s stuff sprayed all over the walls and overall just terrible. My husband and I stayed for a matter of 15 minutes in that room and they force you to sign a contract to make sure you can’t get a refund even if you stayed in the room for a minute. We will be disputing the charges on the card. Absolutely do not stay here under any circumstances.

Right off the I-40 this hotel caught my eye with the price display. It was the best deal of the 3 hotels in the immediate area. It may not be as fancy as the other two, but in the end very satisfactory. Initially stayed on 9/11 in room #115. Everything was going great, except for a couple of noises from the room above. Unfortunately at 3 in the morning an inconsiderate person next door in room #114 decided get up, make noise and drive off while the remainder thought it was a good idea to turn on the tv, which could clearly be heard. Fortunately I have ear plugs for dealing with rude people. It’s not the hotels fault, but I informed Mrs. Bhavika Patel, who is a wonderful accommodating, friendly and engaging businesswoman, with a wonderful smile. She apologized, though she didn’t have to. She moved me to room #116, which is more isolated, for my stays on 9/14, 9/18 and 9/21. There were a couple of items that needed attention, like a leaky faucet and slow drainage in the sink, but they were immediately attended to and the rest of my time in that room went well. The rooms were pretty clean and the accessories functioned. I slept on very comfortable beds. The floors could use a bit more attention due to the foot traffic. Bhavika and her family are trying to make the business work. My compliments. Keep in mind that patrons have an initial 10 minutes to review their assigned rooms for refunds or changes, per the signed paperwork. I would definitely return to this location when...
