Endless Horizons — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

Please be cautious of staying here and certainly stay away from iTrip. We were getting ready to leave on 2/20 when we received a call that they were getting more snow than they had expected but they would stay in touch throughout the day and would move us if need be. There were no issues issue (nice job Sevierville and TNDOT) until we got to the driveway. The driveway had no salt on them, no one had called throughout the day either. Suburban ended up not being able to make it up the driveway and then slid into the ditch even in four week drive. Tow truck even with chains was spinning on the ice the next morning. Towing bill was $325 and iTrip wouldn’t even cover the expense even though we had received no call and there was no salt on the driveway. Waited on salt for several hours the next morning and we were finally able to get out around 1pm. Something must have already been wrong with the heat since there were space heaters on the first level. It was around 55 degrees and when calling iTrip they said the would sent a technician but didn’t. Called again the next day and they finally sent a technician out who just cranked the 3rd level up to 72 degrees but we did know someone had been out because the there was a service tag on the door this time. Gave it 1 star only because there are no negative stars available. At almost $600 a night I would sure think about booking your stay...

This airbnb was good. Has a good view from the top . Strong vehicle needed, steep roads. Hot water ran out, but they are coming to fix it. Beautiful otherwise, nice spacious...
