Four Seasons Lodge — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

We have been coming to this area for the last 30 years. And we absolutely love all of the cabins we have stayed in.. We quickly found out that we made a wrong choice when we chosen this cabin!!! When we puled in the driveway we pulled up by the steps. (Like everyone else does) We had almost hit a pipe sticking 2 feet high out of the ground. Then when we going to the steps to get on the front porch. We had noticed that the steps were high up off the ground. (Would be nice if they had a ramp). Then when my husband opened the front door. The 1st thing he had seen was the cabin had water damage because the floors were buckled up. Then when got all settled in. We wanted to relax and watch some TV... On the long coffee table in front of the couch was 7 remote controls. (You only need 1 to turn TV on). We had also had noticed there was candle wax all over the fire place wall on the out side it looked nasty and gross!! Saturday thru Thursday - there was absolutely no cell phone service at this cabin, no wifi, and none of the tv's worked. Thursday we herd a knock on our front door. It was a man to fix the internet service. After he left, my husband and I looked at each other like what the heck. We are on our vacation and we don't want to deal with this. The 30 minutes later. There was a 2nd knock on our front door.... It was the cleaning lady to clean the Black Mold out of the bathroom in the master bedroom. She could not clean it becauseshe didn'thave a ladder!!! . We both were aggravated because here we are supposed to be on our vacation and we have to deal with this. In the master bedroom trying to get in the bed. The bed has a rail by the top of the mattress. when getting in and out that board hurt so we had put a blanket over it. In the master bedroom on the main floor. You have to step in the garden tub to take a shower. There is no handle bar to hold on to. So getting in I had almost fallen. Then I had noticed and had seen that the bathroom Was Full Black Mold. Later on we were in the Kitchen and the can opener didn't work. Then we got out 2 glasses to drink out of. When I went to drink from my glass cup. I had cut my lip on the glass. When I looked to see how I had cut my lip. We had noticed that that cup had a chip in it and it was sharp. Friday when the internet started working. We had finally had cell phone service. But it really didn't matter Then because we were leaving Saturday. Out of all the cabins we stayed in this was definitely not on our favorite list of cabins. If anyone is spending 3 thousand dollars for a cabin for a whole week. We expect the cabin to be clean!!! We do appreciate the company that we used they went up and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They had brought us a new can opener, they had taken the cup back with them, and they was going to take care of the other things after we left. And yes we will definitely use them...

Newly updated, supper clean and spacious with amazing views , up in the tranquility of the mountains but only 4 miles from all the action , 9 min to park way , 17 min to Dollywood. Perfect vacation for a family of up...
