Honey Bear Hideaway — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

Our stay was for 5 days & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This place is nice & secluded which is exactly what we needed. Includes a fun hot tub, mini putt putt & kids climbing spot with a swing in the middle. This was perfect for entertaining our kids and we didn’t have to pay for putt putt! The main bathroom was very spacious, only one with a shower though and it would have been even better with two especially with how many people we had there. Maybe in the future they can add one more! The double queen size room was very spacious, the king room was as well! The kids room was a bit tight but it all worked out and was cozy for our family. They even had some pillows with fire logs and a fake fire for the kids to play with. It was very cute! There were plenty of adult books, kids books, kids toys, adult board games, a deck of cards, it was very well stocked in that way. I do wish the couch was a bit bigger/ more comfortable but overall the living room served its purpose and the fire place was a cozy touch. Since it was summer we turned on the lights to set the vibe without getting hot in the house! The home has several air units all throughout and they did a great job cooling down the home. The kitchen was beautiful, spacious, and well stocked with pots, pans, air fryer, blender, crockpot, plenty of Tupperware, and even toddler utensils and dishes. There was only enough dishwasher detergent for two loads, same with the clothes washer, and we also ran out of trash bags (only two provided) as well as paper towel. Those items seem very essential and would’ve appreciated more of them just for future reference. Overall 10/10 would go there again and we really enjoyed our stay, the convenience of the location, and the communication back and forth with this group of owners was fantastic! We absolutely loved our stay at Honey Bear Hideaway! Our family traveled down for a baseball tournament at the Ripken facilities and the cabin was the perfect distance away. It wasn't too close but it wasn't too far. It was near the main attractions but far enough away we still felt isolated. The views are amazing and this is such a beautiful area.

The cabin itself was wonderful! Our two oldest shared the one room, and our toddler had the pack-n-play in the bunk bed room. The master bedroom was lovely and the beds were super comfortable! The kitchen had all the amenities you'd need and the games and giant floor puzzle were a hit with the kids!

I think our favorite part was the hot tub, though! It was the perfect way to relax after a long day at the baseball field. The owners were so responsive if we had questions or needed anything. We truly can't wait to go back and try out the putt...

We stayed for two nights and wish we would have stayed for a week! Every little detail was amazing and well thought out. We were traveling with our almost 3 year old and the toy area was truly a life saver, he was starting to fall asleep when we arrived but we needed him to stay up for about 2 more hours, he saw the toys and was easily occupied while we unloaded the car.
