Timber Valley Rustic Furniture — Local services in Pigeon Forge

My wife and I went to this business in early December 2021 to order poly furniture totaling $2880.00. We placed a $1400 deposit and we're told it would be 6 to 8 weeks before we could pick it up. In February we were told that a lot of employees had been sick with COVID, we said we understood and and for them to let us know when it was ready. I called every few weeks just to be told different things. They finally said it was all ready except the bar and it was almost done, and since we had been so patient they would deliver it to Georgia free. We said that was a nice measure. Two weeks later I called and they said it still wasn't ready, and that our ticket had been lost.Last week I called and they said they had sent it to someone else. We were on vacation and since it had been so long I could not remember what we had paid, and Suzy added up what we had ordered and said she was sending a check for$2800. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! I bought a king size bed and was asked to put my name on it so they would know which one to ship to me. It was almost 3 months until I got it and also they shipped the wrong bed. Paper work was lost and no return calls half the time and no answering machine to leave a message. Still no communication as to where my bed is at ( I have a pic of my name on the bed I bought and its not the bed setting in my bedroom) I have sent business there because I liked the furniture but I will not send anyone there again. I was furnishing my entire house with this furniture but now my business will be taken elsewhere !! Better Business Bureau will be my next call 10/12/2020 - Complaint...

Absolutely beautiful table! My husband and I came to this store looking for a log table, we went inside and I couldn’t believe my eyes this place was like being in heaven the owners were so sweet and kind, the employees were also sweet and kind. What I loved most about this place is they don’t follow you around asking you questions they actually let you look and if you find something or have any questions they are right there at the front desk! Thank you all so much for being wonderful people! I wish there were more people out there like you! I will be ordering more stuff from you!
