King Wolf Lodge — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

Stayed the first night with no problems. Through the days when we got home a couple things would seem in the wrong spot but we never discussed it with each other because we thought maybe the other person had did it. Well on Sunday we made sure we remembered where everything was, what lights were on and off, and what tvs were off and on. When we got back many of our items had been moved and tvs and lights were off that were on. We called the owners and they said if nothing was missing then they couldn’t do anything to call the police because the cleaning people had not came that day. We called the police and they came and checked everything and didn’t find anyone inside at the moment. The next day when we woke up there seemed to be holes where there was or maybe once was cameras throughout the entire place. Once we realized someone had been inside a lot of things throughout the week started to make since including many noises throughout the night. Overall was very unsafe. The place has one key therefore someone who perviously rented it could’ve simply made themselves a key and come and go as they please. The surrounding area was not so pretty after you went up the street a bit. Also the water smelt...

The water is well water and it smelled absolutely awful, like rotten eggs. The water pressure wasn't the best in the showers, most likely need to either change or clean the shower heads. We had issues with the heat and A/C. My son and I slept in the first room by the door and it was freezing cold in it while the rest of the cabin was hot. My son is currently sick because of it even though we were both covered with 4 blankets. We also never got to enjoy the movie area, couldn't figure out how to get the equipment to work. Other than those few issues, we absolutely enjoyed it. It was so quiet and peaceful out there....
