From booking the cabin to arriving back from our vacation, the customer service is phenomenal! This cabin was everything the description stated and more. We enjoyed everything about the cabin and what it has to offer! This cabin is in the best location. Right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg it makes going either direction a breeze. You will enjoy the easy trips to either town and the location this cabin has to offer. I would highly recommend your next stay at Smoky Mountain Splendor and we will definitely be back on our next trip to the Smokey Mountains!

We planned to meet family from different states and found this amazing cabin in the Smoky Mountains. What a treat! We enjoyed so many of its features from the open kitchen to the large dining area to the spacious bedrooms on 3 different levels. The winter views were beautiful. It was the best accommodations for our family reunion. We’re going to be returning in the summer.

If you have never visited the smoky mountains, just the cabin alone will leave you wanting to return. It gives a welcoming feeling as if you finally came to the right place. It has everything you need for a worry free stay. Cozy yet spacious, the perfect balance. 15 minutes (approximately) from either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Already planning on returning.

Tennessee's best getaway is definitely at Smoky Mountain Splendor. If you are planning to travel to Tennessee, this is the best place you can ever choose to stay. Cozy and lovely family cabin, with beautiful views, jacuzzi, room theater, internet, hot water, spacious rooms, bbq; also has a welcoming guide made it by the owners where you can see what do you have surrounded to do in the area: restaurants, attractions, supermarkets, etc. Soo convenient because it has everything you want to do nearby: get to know and eat in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge/ Dollywood and enjoy hiking at Great Smoky Mountain National Park, fall in love of the amazing views this National Park has. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay than Smoky Mountain Splendor! It provided every convenience and comfort from home, from a fully stocked kitchen to extremely comfortable beds that you just couldn’t wait to crawl into after a long day of hiking. It was meticulously clean and offered the privacy in the mountains that we were looking for while also being extremely close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
