Modern Mountain Escape — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

My family of 18 stayed at Modern Mountain Escape over the weekend Feb 23-25 and we noticed more and more nasty dust, old bloody blanket that my 3 year old neice slept on and black mold in the showers and pool room. We couldn't watch TV nor did the surround sound in the theater room didn't work nor did the games. The morning we left when when we noticed the bloody blanket, that is a biohazard ☣️ and could have made my neice very very sick. When we finally got in contact with the property manager Misty and we told her everything we noticed because they charged us $450 for a cleaning fee because they are to lazy nor didn't care to clean it right. The property manager Misty was very freaking rude and didn't seem to care about the old bloody blanket and all the problems we had with them. The cabin was beautiful but very nasty, my parents got this cabin for the family and spent $2,000 just to be treated and talked to horribly. We will NEVER come and stay here again. It wouldn't have been so bad if they would have done their job the right way. My mother and I have cleaned cabins and resorts in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for 10 years, we know how the cabins are supposed to be. I'm absolutely blown away with the disgusting...
