My Sugar Baby — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

Would not recommend this cabin to anyone. We are currently staying here and the cabin is very run down, needs a lot of TLC. The lights on the outside of the cabin where you park were not working. The upstairs thermostat was not working, we arrived to 61 degrees upstairs, turned on the heat returned to the cabin and it was 83 upstairs, woke up the next morning it was 90 degrees upstairs. We have called maintenance 4 times about the thermostat and they come and look at it and say its working. Windows were very dirty inside and outside. Ceiling wood tiles are coming down, the floor boards are coming up and separating. The floors are very warped, upstairs and downstairs. The vents upstairs are very dirty, have not been cleaned for a very long time. The ceiling fans upstairs need bulbs, and the one ceiling fan, the fan part does not work. The fireplace they advertise, is simply a light behind the logs now, was a gas fireplace. The hottub cover looks like it has been around for years. Looking at the reviews, the thermostat upstairs has not been working for a long time, at least 10 months and yet it's still not fixed. If Google allowed no stars this place would...

We rented My Sugar Baby for a long weekend with our daughter. I was disappointed in the cleanliness when we arrived. I called the main office to express my concerns, as well as taking pictures to show the issues. They ask if I wanted maintenance to come out, but we were ready to settle in for the night and our daughter was heading to bed. The worst part, heading to bed myself and having a dirty blanket on our bed to the point that I pulled it off and washed it myself . My husband and I slept with a sheet the first night because the blanket took forever to dry in the small dryer. Do not stay here. Incredibly disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin. Broken floor board through the main floor, ceiling fan falling apart, strange white stains on the bedding, and a lack of dusting for several years make this absolutely terrible. Pool table and air hockey table are so run down they are supported by Beer boxes. We attempted to contact management several times with the only resolve being no blankets. Extremely disappointed with the cost of this cabin for what you get. Only good thing about this place...
