Summit Vista Lodge — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

This place was fantastic. We had a group of 30 stay here for our wedding week, and also hosted our wedding ceremony on the patio area on the main floor. The hosts were extremely accomodating and very responsive to the very few issues that arose.

Pros: lots of space; huge bedrooms; game room is awesome; gorgeous views; responsive staff; trash was taken out every day; wifi works wonderfully; proximity to Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge Cons: not well stocked (bring a sponge to do dishes!); not enough towels for both pool and showers (and they're so small too); parking can get tricky if you have a lot of cars; no Keurig; steep driveway

Great views, rustic but I have been in better equipped Airbnb's. 2 stoves, some burners didn't work, one oven didn't work. 4th floor bedrooms were quite warm. Pool on bottom floor basically unuseable as it has no heater and was very COLD. Good thing we brought our own grill. Theirs was a small basic one like you would have in a campground. Coffee pots provided but no coffee grounds, had to run to store after we checked in to be able to make breakfast. Most beds were comfortable but not the queen bunks on 2nd floor. Pros..large and gorgeous. Beautiful view. Nice game room and plenty of roon for our 35+ group. Cons.. Not very well stocked with cooking supllies for such a large place. Not very many towels, especially with a pool. Not every room had extras. Parking is limited and challenging to back out due to the set up. Cleaning was not up to par.
