Executive — Hotel in Pittsburg

Arrived to check in at almost 9pm, and was hoping for a great experience staying as the location in near families home, but things were not great. The room smells of cigarette smoke. The bed spread has a stain on it and I'm not sure it was even laundered. The sheets also both have small spots of something having stained them. The toilet seat is discolored from having been cleaned/wiped and has streaks on its surface. The vent fan does not have its own on/off switch but comes on whenever the bathroom light is used. The bearings are noisy and would awaken anyone else in the room. We did not see any reason to stay here again. I didn't report this to staff or request another room, but shouldn't have to. These things are apparent and obvious to management and ownership and need to be addressed so that guests feel a sense of comfort upon checking in, and not have to voice concerns with staff. I recently had the misfortune of staying there while working in nearby Winnsboro. The front desk attendants were very rude from the start. Once I finally acquired a room, my girlfriend began noticing several spots appear all over her body. The spots were apparently caused by an infestation of small bugs in the mattresses. After all that, the following week, the front desk attendant had the audacity to demand I pay an extra 50 dollars for two days in which I had visitors to my room , even though he only stayed for a short while and never stayed overnight. I would recommend that anyone wanting to stay in Pittsburg find another establishment because these people could care less about...

Was NOT a fairly good hotel. Did not appreciate the blood stain on the ground OR the bloody fingerprint to the left of the door handle to the bathroom. The mattresses felt like cardboard. I did not find bedbugs, and trust me, I looked vigorously. The water tasted like monkey pee and for some reason the whole place smelled like mold. I was perfectly fine the night I got there but when I woke up I almost couldn’t breathe from the smell of mildew from the walls or something.
